The Corbyn antisemitism psyop was exceptional in that it wasn’t just the political/media class knowingly promoting a lie, but members of the rank-and-file public as well. Countless Brits knew it was a lie, but they helped sell it anyway because they didn’t like his politics.

~

You won’t stop fascism by electing Joe Biden, you’ll just help make sure it uses racially sensitive language while stomping on your face.

~

Yeah, vote Biden or else the government which destroys any nation that disobeys it might start sliding into tyranny.

~

It should not be a big deal to talk about Biden being corrupt. His entire career is made up of decisions that would only be made by someone who serves the interests of corporations, banks and war profiteers. You don’t do that because of your moral compass, you do it for funding.

And I mean sure the type of corruption I’m talking about here may be “legal”, but that just means corruption is legal in America. That’s not an argument that Joe Biden is not corrupt, it’s just something that urgently needs to change.

US presidential elections are often very close because the US populace is deliberately kept evenly split between two ideological camps with a lot of emotional hostility and very little policy difference, ensuring they’re kept divided against each other and united for the machine.

If you prioritize facts over narrative, America from 2016-2020 looks like the same imperialist and neoliberal agendas being rolled out in pretty much all the same ways as before, just with a really shrill mass media soundtrack playing in the background.

~

It’s not that you can’t beat the machine, it’s that you can’t beat the machine using the tools the machine has offered you.

~

It’s so cute how many Americans think separating families at the border is the most evil thing their government does.

~

Without extensive marketing it would never occur to you that Mountain Dew is something you should put inside your body or that endless war is something you should accept as normal.

In days past leaders used to brutally slaughter their enemies in front of everyone and wear their body parts in case anyone got any funny ideas. Nowadays our leaders wear suits and ties, and they talk about freedom and democracy and family values, and they kill way more people.

People have been manipulating each other since the invention of language and manipulating each other at mass scale since the invention of government. All that’s changed is the mass scale has gotten much larger and the manipulation much more sophisticated.

~

Sociopaths know that hell is just a religious propaganda construct because they understand how narrative manipulation works. That’s why they can create mass atrocities like Yemen and still sleep like babies.

Yemen is like that elderly loved one you know you should see a lot more but you let them wither away in a nursing home out of sight and out of mind instead.

To oppose western interventionism is to put yourself in the uniquely absurd position of being branded an extremist lunatic and an intelligence agent for objecting to something that is literally always disastrous.

I have never gotten used to being called a Kremlin troll or a CCP propagandist. It has always shocked and disgusted me when people do that. It has never been sane or normal to accuse strangers of covertly working for foreign governments; the age of Maddow has caused people to mistakenly believe this is a sane and normal thing to do, but it has always been crazy and obnoxious.

People who think US aggressions with China are going to de-escalate after Biden wins are in for a rude awakening.

Ah who am I kidding they’ll sleep through the whole goddamn thing.

In nations like China the government uses propaganda and censorship, which makes them bad. In the west our governments are strictly ornamental and the plutocrats and spies who run things do the propagandizing and censoring, which is obviously far more civilized.

In China you’ll never see media that is critical of Chinese power structures, whereas in the west you might maybe see a criticism of western imperialism if you can get past the total marginalization of anti-imperialist voices and carefully constructed ideological echo chambers.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that in nations like China they propagandize and censor their citizenry, whereas in free western democracies they propagandize and censor their citizenry while telling them how free and democratic they are.

The best way to manufacture consent for world-threatening cold war escalations is to convince half the population that a leader they hate opposes those escalations for corrupt reasons. This gives one half of the political spectrum a literally insatiable appetite for more and more escalations, and gives the other half a vested interest in proving that their guy is “tough” on the nation in question. Russiagate was extremely successful, so why change the formula?

No sane person would consent to their nation’s resources and wealth going toward a conflict that could wipe out every terrestrial organism instead of toward the citizenry, so propaganda is necessary. Russiagate was arguably the most successful psyop in history. It’s just the formula to use now.

    I have a good friend of exceptionally high intellect whom I have known for over 37 years and who, I thought, was smart enough to see through the media hype at what really is going on in the world. Sadly, even someone like him, smart enough surely to see beyond propaganda, has been so thoroughly smitten by narrative that he won’t even discuss alternative points of view, about anything. We had a short, cordial conversation about trivial things; short being the operative word. I miss my old friend.

    This society depends on belief.
    Its whole structure is that of auto hypnosis, control through government narratives and propaganda.
    Its whole structure is based in creating robots and machines, not individuals.
    It needs dependent people, so much so that they are constantly in need of being tyrannized, so much so that they are searching and seeking their own tyrants, their own Adolf Hitlers, their own Josef Stalins and Mao Zedongs.
    Belief is a deep need in people.
    Why is it a deep need?
    Because without belief you feel like a chaos, without belief you don’t know why you exist, without belief you cannot feel any meaning in life.
    No significance seems to be there.
    You feel like an accident with no reason at all to be here.
    Belief gives you a support to live by, it gives you a certain meaning, howsoever false
    It gives you a certain blueprint for life, how to move, where to move
    Without belief, the question arises.
    Why are you?
    Who are you?
    A person without belief has to be very, very courageous.
    To live without belief is to live in the unknown, to live without belief is a great daring.
    Belief is given by society, because belief is the bridge between you and society.
    Belief is the bridge from the individual to the crowd.
    If society doesn’t give you a belief, there is a fear you may become rebellious.
    In fact it is certain that if the belief is not given, you will become rebellious, and society doesn’t want that, can’t afford that.
    Humanity is allowed to exist only if they compromise with all kinds of nonsense.
    A few powerful sociopathic oligarchs by manipulating our criminal politicians have reduced the whole of humanity into an unconscious mob.
    This earth, this beautiful earth, we have turned into a great prison.
    We are living in a kind of Covid hallucination.
    The more nonsensical a belief is, the more important it appears to be.
    The more absurd it is, the more believable, because if something is logical, then there is no question of believing in it.
    You don’t believe in the sun, you don’t believe in the moon.
    You don’t believe in the theory of relativity.
    Either you understand it or you don’t understand it, there is no question of belief.
    You don’t believe in gravitation, there is no need.
    Belief is needed only when something illogical, something utterly absurd, is propounded.
    What the mind believes is never true, because truth needs no belief.
    Belief is a barrier to truth.
    And what the mind believes never becomes true, because truth is not becoming, truth is being, it is already the case.
    You have to see it, or you can go on avoiding seeing it, but it is there.
    Nothing has to be added to it, it is eternally there.
    The inquiry into truth begins only when you drop all believing.
    Truth is.
    You need not believe in it for it to be.
    Your belief or your disbelief is not going to make any difference to the truth.
    Truth is truth, whether you believe or you disbelieve.
    To discover truth is arduous, it needs a long pilgrimage.
    It needs a great emptying of the mind, it needs a great cleansing of the heart.
    It needs a certain innocence, a rebirth, you have to become a child again.
    Growth is a by-product of the inquiry into truth.
    Intelligence is a by-product of the inquiry into truth.
    Only very few people have ever dared to discover truth.
    It is risky, because it may not console you, it has no obligation to console you.
    It is risky, it may shatter all that you have known before, and you will have to re-arrange your whole life.
    It is dangerous, it may destroy all your illusions, it may shatter all your dreams.
    It is really going through fire, it is going to burn you as you are, it is going to destroy you as you are.
    How can you know light if you are darkness?
    How can you know love, how can you know life if you are not that?
    Only the same can feel the same, the similar is needed to know.
    Everybody is waiting, for a day to come when the world would be reborn and there would be peace, eternal truth, and life.
    What you expect has come, but you know it not?
    This has to be understood deeply, because it must be something very deep-rooted in the mind, in the very nature of the mind.
    It is not an individual error, it is not a mistake committed by this person or that person.
    For millennia it has been committed by the human mind.
    The present is so narrow that the mind cannot catch it.
    The moment the mind catches it, it has already become the past.
    So the mind can remember the past, can desire the future, but cannot see the present.
    The past is vast, the future also is vast.
    The present is so atomic, so subtle, that by the time you become aware, it is gone.
    And you are not so aware!
    A very great intensity of awareness is needed, only then will you be able to see the present.
    You have to be fully alert, if you are not totally alert, the present cannot be seen.
    A mind that is filled with belief is a mind which can project anything according to the belief.
    Millions of people are wasting their lives in belief and disbelief.
    Believers never grow, they remain childish.
    Belief cannot give you the truth, it only pretends.
    It is cheap, it is a plastic flower
    There is this danger in belief, it makes you feel that you know the truth.
    And because it makes you feel that you know the truth, this becomes the greatest barrier in the search.
    The best way to avoid truth is to remain lost in belief.
    Why are you so afraid?
    Who is this who is afraid?
    It is precisely that one who is afraid within you who is not you.
    That is the ego.
    The ego must be burned, then your mind is burned, when you become empty, only then can the the life divine enter into you.
    Then a new flowering, a new blossoming happens.
    We are burning already, the world is already afire, aflame, in misery, in anxiety, in anguish.
    We are already in so much fire, why bring more fire?
    Remember, truth cannot come as you are, truth cannot exist for you with mind.
    The dead must cease to be for the living to appear.
    The known must go, must give space for the unknown to arise.

That’s why they can create mass atrocities like Yemen and still sleep like babies.” If life is merely a cosmic accident in a random, meaningless universe, one which will eventually dissipate in heat death or, alternatively, collapse in some sort of final reverse crunch, why should I or any of us bother about what’s happening in Yemen or anywhere else outside our tight little circles of family and friends? Such personal engagement with the suffering of others, beyond ourselves and our loved ones, may float the boats of some, but not the boats of the vast of majority of human beings who think they’re living in such a world, where all religion, not merely hell, is nothing but a “propaganda construct.” Like Caitlin, I don’t believe in the traditional concept of hell, but also like her (a suspicion based upon this blog) I do believe that the way we live our lives, the things we care about and try to do something about, have serious and lasting consequences. For me, that’s the kernel of truth contained in virtually all the “propaganda constructs.”

      In the big scheme of things, taking “scale” into consideration, Mountain Dew is relatively harmless. If somebody wants to put something in their body, that is their choice.

      I prefer “Angry Orchard” (or the like) myself. The forefathers of the US of A, definitely had apple groves, and they used those apples for all sorts of things……They grew quite a few crops actually, some of which where most versatile.

    Fear and division are the primary tools of tyrants. The normal reaction to fear is fight or flight. Neither is a product of thought, but an instinct. Being kept in a state of fear guarantees one won’t think, which is exactly what tyrants need to insure their position. Division serves the same purpose by different means. As long as one is adamantly opposed to “the other side”, one has little intellectual energy left to examine just who exactly is their true enemy. Keep them busy shooting at each other and they won’t shoot at you. The method was laid out in Machiavelli’s The Prince, which was written as a satirical warning. Too bad the Psychopaths In Charge learned that using it as a playbook kept their victims too busy to get the warning. Playing their game insures you are playing by their rules. Rules that insure the ongoing fear and division, and keep the oligarchy fat and happy. Gang rape is democracy in action. A pity that politics has become the most popular sporting event. Otherwise we could use the most effective weapon. Ignoring them.

    We might gain perspective by recognizing that Dr.Johnstone’s complete anal exam of Western civilization, while appreciated by the leadership of the Marxist based “opposition”, would in no way be tolerated if thrust into them. One can eviscerate both halves of a divided nation quite easily and remain in business, but this is not practicable within an undivided one. It’s a strange sort of math. This in no way implies that Caitlin is on their payroll. They are apparently already fully invested in the very best of the West’s political leadership.

    Nice to read something that resonates with me (confirmation bias of course)

    The election wedge and the myriad of sub wedges crafted by those who can control such narratives are powerful tools to anchor and yet expand control and exploitation of humanity. Like a python coiled around its prey, the frog in hot water or the child that believes Santa Claus delivers the goods….. any illustration of the situation is pointless without unity. we need Cold hard truth, not social media memes. We need a simple roadmap of action, a beacon that outshines the distractions and noise. Thanks Caitlin for your work and words. The task at hand is not a sprint but a marathon. voices of encouragement , reason and love are powerfully inspiring.

    When I encounter others and have some dialogue or ideological conversation, I make an effort to not get sucked into the topics of divide and wedge issue, I emphasis the manipulation at hand. And that we must direct our focus on those that instigate division first.

    With that said, I do not shy away from engaging in issues I have passion for, I just dont waste my time on every person I encounter.

    I’m reading all this and the drama going on upstairs Erich is really pretty much exactly the same damn thing going on on the national scale, and international, personal getting so tired of the backstabbing, lies, etcetera. There may very well be a lot of good people in the world, but there aren’t enough of them to survive as a species if all the bad people died. So, obviously there is neither a God, a universe or anything else in existence.

      I would be in total agreement about God, etc., Lynn, if I believed that this world in front of our eyes is all there is. If I believed that, I would long ago have decided to go with the flow and simply seek as much personal enjoyment as possible. Indeed, that seems to be where most people are these days, despite what they may profess to believe. And this I find far less surprising than the existence of those who claim to believe only in this world but yet oppose it and fight against it from, by their own admission, nonexistent higher ground in any spiritual or metaphysical sense. No, I can’t understand those who take such an oppositional stance, but I can still admire them from my own quite different vantage point.

      Bill, we do know. At least many of us do. Also, the psychopaths are at a ratio of 2 to 1 Democrats at least. Trump HAS NOT started any new wars. That is a small improvement anyway over last 4 presidents who have.

    The Great Reset is a massively funded, desperately ambitious, internationally coordinated project led by some of the biggest multinational corporations and financial players on the planet and carried out by cooperating state bodies and NGOs…
    The psychological reason for the Great Reset is the fear of losing control of property, the planet. I suppose, if you own billions and move trillions, your perception of reality gets funky, and everything down below looks like an ant hill that exists for you. Just ants and numbers, your assets.
    Thus, the practical aim of the Great Reset is to fundamentally restructure the world’s economy and geopolitical relations based on two assumptions: one, that every element of nature and every life form is a part of the global inventory (managed by the allegedly benevolent state, which, in turn, is owned by several suddenly benevolent wealthy people, via technology)—and two, that all inventory needs to be strictly accounted for: be registered in a central database, be readable by a scanner and easily ID’ed, and be managed by AI, using the latest “science.”…
    The reform in question is meant to disrupt all areas of life, on a planetary scale: government, international relations, finance, energy, food, medicine, jobs, urban planning, real estate, law enforcement, and human interactions—and it starts with changing the way we think of ourselves and our relationship with the world. Notably, privacy is a huge thorn in the collective eye of our “great resetters”…
    And currently, the “winning” concept of the day seems to be a world filled with abbreviations: AI, 5G, IoT, and so on. A world where the money is digital, the food is lab-grown, where everything is counted and controlled by giant monopolies, and the people are largely deprived of free will. A world where each element of nature and each living being is either a data host, or a source of energy—or both. A world where the flow of the peasants’ everyday is micromanaged by ever-monitoring, ever-nudging AI that registers thoughts and feelings before the people even get a chance to make those thoughts and feelings their own. A world where living itself is outsourced to the machine, and a human being is essentially a meat suit…
    It is absolutely true that the soulless, utilitarian approach to nature, to life, and to other living beings has been extremely destructive—with the most immediate, most visible destruction outsourced to “third world countries” and to the less financially fortunate people in the West. (See landfills, Cancer Alley, and unhealthy, poison-filled non-organic foods). It is true that massive consumerism and the use disposables (brought to us by more or less the same parties who are now scolding people for consumerism) have created a lot of messes. It is true that our oceans and lungs are full of plastic, that the amount of chronic disease is skyrocketing, and that many species are dying off. It is true that our soil, our food, and our bodies are tainted with highly toxic glyphosate. It is true that usually, decades pass between the time manufacturers realize the toxicity of their product and the time when saying so in a conversation stops being a conspiracy theory. All true. However, it is also true that the people who are pointing fingers at social ills and telling us that we need a Great Reset are from the same camps and lineages that have caused it in the first place…
