Listen to a reading of this article:

The National Director Emeritus for the Anti-Defamation League has announced on Twitter that he is cancelling his subscription to The New York Times, claiming that a front-page story featuring the photos of children killed in Israel’s assault on Gaza this month constitutes “blood libel” against Jews.

“I am cancelling my subscription to NYTimes,” tweeted Abraham Foxman. “I grew up in America on the NYT- I delivered the NYT to my classmates- I learned civics- democracy and all the news ‘fit to print’ for 65 years but no more. Today’s blood libel of Israel and the Jewish people on the front page is enough.”

Foxman’s statement drew criticism from all corners, including from loyal establishment pundits like Jonathan Chait, for his ridiculous assertion that merely humanizing Palestinian children killed by Israel is the same as promoting the ancient antisemitic canard known as blood libel.

Supporters of Israeli apartheid and mass murder are losing control of the narrative, which has led to redoubled perception management efforts ranging from the cringey to the iron-fisted. In the former category we’re seeing them pen entire articles attacking Seth Rogen for tweeting a fart emoji at virulent Israel apologist Eve Barlow and claiming that putting “fart” in Barlow’s name is the same as a literal pogrom. In the latter category they’re blowing up entire press offices and arresting Palestinian journalists. This is narrative management at its least subtle.

From a new statement titled “Israel now holding 13 Palestinian journalists” by Reporters Without Borders:

“Two Palestinian journalists were arrested by Israeli security forces in Jerusalem yesterday and were placed in administrative detention today, bringing the total now held administratively by the Israelis to 13. Reporters Without Borders (RSF) condemns Israel’s misuse of administrative detention to hound Palestinian reporters.”

“Administrative detention” is one of the many apartheid abuses which Israel has come under criticism for employing, as Israel-based +972 Magazine explained last year:

According to human rights group B’Tselem, as of September 2020, Israel is holding 376 Palestinians, including two minors, in administrative detention. Israel uses administrative detention to indefinitely detain Palestinians (and on extremely rare occasions Jewish extremists) without charge or trial. Administrative detention orders, handed down by the IDF commander in charge of the occupied West Bank, are reviewed every six months, but the detainees are not told what crimes they are being accused of, nor shown the evidence against them.

According to lawyers who defend Palestinian detainees, administrative detentions are almost always based on “confidential material” handed over ex parte to the courts by the Shin Bet, to which the detainees themselves and their lawyers have no access. As a result, it is virtually impossible to defend oneself against an administrative detention order.

Before the Gaza ceasefire last week Israel managed to deliberately blow up over 20 offices for Palestinian media outlets, as well as the tower hosting the international outlets AP and Al Jazeera.

“The world will know less about what is happening in Gaza because of what happened today,” AP president and CEO Gary Pruitt said in a statement after the building was destroyed.

Which, of course, is the whole idea: for the world to know less about what happens in Gaza. The Israeli government has a decades-long history of threatening and targeting journalists in order to exert control over the public narrative about what happens under its rule, and as that narrative slips from its grip we are seeing this pattern ramp up with greater and greater aggression.

“Rather than reduce the cruelty, the Israeli government keeps trying to reduce accurate news coverage,” author and activist Norman Solomon writes. “The approach is a mix of deception and brutality. Blow up the cameras so the world won’t see as many pictures of the atrocities.”

As Alan MacLeod wrote in Mintpress News, the Overton window has shifted on Palestine. During 2014’s far more deadly Israeli attack on Gaza we saw a low-level local Democratic official sparking outrage and scandal by merely posting “Palestine <3” on Facebook, now you have words like “apartheid” being routinely used by mainstream media outlets and national US political figures to describe Israeli abuses of the Palestinian people.

People are just becoming too conscious of the Palestine issue to tolerate its existence as a taboo subject anymore, even in the most mainstream circles of discussion. The old tactics of silencing and marginalizing Palestinian rights advocates simply do not work anymore, and politicians and pundits can no longer get away with painting themselves as progressive-minded humanists without acknowledging the brutal and unjust nature of Israeli occupation.

Palestine is simply not a third rail anymore, and it’s been this way for a while now. By the time I started doing commentary in late 2016 people were still saying you’ll be smeared as an antisemite and dragged through the mud if you criticize Israel, but my experience this entire time has been that I get a lot more vitriol and attacks coming my way by criticizing US imperialist agendas toward nations like Russia, China, Syria and Venezuela than by criticizing the Israeli government. There’s pushback to be sure, but it’s not nearly as vituperative as what I’m used to.

This last attack on Gaza was just the ignition of a powder keg in shifting public sentiment that had been building for several years, and it hasn’t been due to any top-down effort at perception steering by the establishment narrative managers, but by ordinary people sharing ideas and information and moving the Overton window of acceptable debate through sheer force of will.

The fact that this can be done makes one wonder in what other ways we can collectively move the narrative in a way that benefits ordinary people instead of the oligarchic empire of the US and its allies. This is an exciting time to be alive.

The reason why Israel’s 2014 attack on Gaza failed to gain so much bad publicity across the world was that it happened very “conveniently” over the same period as another event captured the MSM attention elsewhere … MH17.

Join up the dots & you begin to figure things out.

While the U.S. MSM echoed Israel’s narrative, there were some visual images that got to U.S. audiences, at least on a subconscious level.

You have FOX news hosts, and Israeli Amb. saying, ‘Hamas is using human shields’, while they show a perfect demolition of a high rise apartment building over and over again but they were never able to show rockets firing from civilian areas even once. It sure looked like a house demolition / style reprisal to me, the kind that they brag about doing to family members they arrest for anyone who commits violence against any Israeli.

    1. If you were Palestinian then you might not have survived to post that. You can’t keep terrorizing poor brown people forever, It will have to end some day.

For the rabidly biased on all sides, and those who don’t already know it all.

      1. Truth from the heart of Gideon Levy, one steadfast journalist, under siege!

        1. The “Palestinians” have repeatedly rejected having a state of their own:

In 1937, the British Peel Commission offered the Arabs 80 percent of the geographical area known as Palestine. The Jews were offered 20 percent. The Arabs rejected it.

In 1947, the Arabs rejected the United Nations partition plan.

In 1967, in the course of defeating the attempt by Egypt, Syria and Jordan to destroy Israel, Israel conquered the West Bank from Jordan, Gaza from Egypt and the Golan Heights from Syria. Israel had no interest in keeping Gaza or almost any part of the West Bank except for East Jerusalem, (the Jewish city in which Jews have lived for 3,000 years, 1,400 years before Muhammad was born.) Egypt didn’t want Gaza back as well. The Arabs of Palestine came to be called ‘Palestinians’ at this point in time. And once again, the Arab states rejected partition and peace.

In 2000, at Camp David, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak offered Yasser Arafat a Palestinian state in all of Gaza and 94 percent of the West Bank with East Jerusalem as its capital. Arafat rejected the offer. In the words of U.S. President Bill Clinton, Arafat was “here 14 days and said no to everything.”

In 2005 Israel unilaterally withdrew from Gaza and northern Samaria because the Arabs refused to negotiate. (Israel abandoned 25 settlements with intact infrastructure and 9,000 Israelis who had developed the land had to resettle elsewhere. Immediately upon withdrawal, the settlements were destroyed thousands of missiles were shot into Israel.

In 2008, Israel tried again. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s offer exceed that of Ehud Barak’ , adding additional land. Yet again, the ‘Palestinians’ said no.

Seems like the real ‘problem’ is that they don’t like having Jews in the neighborhood….

          1. It’s beginning to sound like you’re related to Mark Regev in some manner; perhaps an understudy in the Israeli Hasbara play on words!

          2. To Brittni, (a) Re Peel Commission, not only the Palestinians rejected the partitioning – the Zionist Congress rejected it as well. (b) in 1947, the partition offered 1/3 of the population (the Jews) 2/3 of the land, which of course would be rejected. (c) After 1967 Israel declared repeatedly that Land is more important than Peace, and the movement for “The complete Israel” has won ever since. (d) Leaving Gaza without a comprehensive agreement implied that this is all Israel is willing to give to the Palestinians. And remember, Gaza is one big refugee camp ever since 1948, with people there still holding the keys to their homes in Ramle, Lod., and many villages that were destroyed. So, just “leaving Gaza” is not a solution. (e) The “Real Problem” is that Israel wants the land (West Bank) empty and ready for full settlement, regardless of the 3-4 million inhabitants. Most of these inhabitants (going back 3,000 years, as you suggest) were the real Hebrews, who have converted over millennia (ask Ben Gurion – it was his assertion as well).

            1. Shlomo, I see you follow in the tradition of the former kapos as well as a fan of revisionist history…that is certainly your prerogative. You may wish to familiarize yourself with the scholarly works of Bassam Tawil so as to expand your horizons. Shalom

              1. A typical boules response by a Kapo’s descendant – by those who have been destroying Israel from the inside, like a cancer that never stops until it eats the whole body.

  5. The “blood libel” has a basis in historical reality. When Jewish extremists rebelled against Rome in 66, they promised the outnumbered men of the Roman garrison in Jerusalem safe conduct out of the country if they agreed to lay down their weapons. When the legionaries complied, they were instead bound and their throats ritually slit like Paschal lambs. When their comrades arrived in force to restore order to the province, they could not be restrained from exacting a heavy price from the treacherous barbarians.
    ~
To that point, Rome had been remarkably tolerant of Jews. Impressed by the pretended great antiquity of their tradition, Romans granted them exemptions from certain taxes and compulsory military service, and conferred on them other privileges granted to no other group in the empire.
    ~
Roman attitudes further hardened against Jews after the North African rebellion of 115 – 117, in which Jews, conspiring with their co-religionists living in Rome’s mortal enemy, the powerful Parthian Empire, staged wholesale massacres of Roman citizens, to draw away troops mobilizing to the stop Parthia’s invasion of Mesopotamia. They butchered perhaps 200,000 innocent men, women, and children before they too were savagely punished for their treachery.

    1. Jewish conspiracies? Now where have I heard that before… You’re just another paranoid crackpot after all.

Palestinians are the club being used to beat on Israel right now. We are all outsiders looking from afar. We act as judge and jury to a situation none of us fully understand. No matter what is done, it will be criticized and not be enough. I believe the entire situation is sad and depressing. There are no winners when death and destruction reign unchecked. Why are the innocent always the first victims in any conflict. Just remember blame is easy to assign while finding a solution languishes.

    1. Given Palestinians have been beaten, raped, robbed and clubbed like baby seals by the Zionist state now for 70 years, I think you choose your allegory poorly. The characterization inherent in your post actually made my stomach turn. The reality requires no dressage. “Israel” is finally failing to control the narrative which has given them a more or less free hand in committing human rights abuses and crimes of the highest order against an occupied people. “Israel” is being seen more and more for what it is. WE do not say the victim of a violent rape who awakens from a coma and then points a ringer at her abusers is being used as a ‘club” against the rapist.

When justice comes to town, the unjust just can’t help themselves from trying to portray it as oppression and attacks against their freedom. Astonishing thing to observe really. Psychopathy in an individual is strange enough to perceive but in an entire people?

      1. Dressage not the most elegant choice. I should have said coaching.

    1. I usually read the “/” symbol as meaning or.
Is that how you mean it to be read?

    2. I get so bored with people who know nothing about religion, expressing their disdain and then listing a bunch of invented beliefs or teachings as their reason. There’s nothing in my religion of Islam which asserts anything which cannot be known. Besides historical events, which however have sufficient support from many sources, everything which is considered a teaching is given with the specific admonition to prove it for ourselves. One is discouraged from adopting the religion of our fathers just because it is. In other words it is a personal journey and the road lies open. It is not meant to be a cage into which anyone is born and we are never expected to take anything on faith. Faith is what we develop once we have tested a thing enough.

I’ve been involved in occultist/spiritualist world, Christianity and I still hold the priesthood, both of Aaron and of Melchizedek. I’ve been ten years a Buddhist and have now been a Muslim for about the same length of time. Incidentally I am well versed in the Judaic religion as well. I have a passing knowledge of Zoroastrianism and some of the Hindu Gods. I do not however with all that have sufficient knowledge to assert ANYTHING about “all religions” so I suggest you revise your personal accounting of your own knowledge base and in future form your opinions AFTER you have knowledge and not before.

Did it ever occur to you that we are born into Love and Truth and all the words, stories, philosophies, laws and musings heaped upon us are confused creations of our ignorant minds?

  9. The same thing that made for the crumbling of the narrative in the Middle East is working to crumble it elsewhere! Many changes are coming. so is much suffering, but the force of good will is beginning to overcome hundreds of years of ill will. Caitlin Johnstone is right on this. Two thousand years ago was the beginning of the end for the profit system, and now we are approaching it’s final years.

    1. 2000 years you say? Yes sure, I can see capitalism on the ropes now. It’s been a long fight but we’re nearly got it licked eh? While we’re all behaving like obedient serfs, throwing away civilisation and humanity so the richest bastards on earth can get richer. Yes I can see it now, we’re just about to perform the coup de gras right? We’ll be executing Bill Gates and all his cronies inside six months. Then we’ll have a socialist utopia right off the bat and peace and goodwill shall become our reality. That ‘profit system’ definitely picked the wrong race to mess with. 2000 years is all it took and we’ve got it almost beat.

      1. Ah, now I get it Rabbit …you’re an “obedient serf”. Or does your “all” not include you?

By all criteria, the Zionist Israeli regime isn’t only an apartheid regime but a genocidal one. Here’s Article II of the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (1948), to which Israel was a signatory in 1949:
    .
    Article II
    .
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
    .
    (a) Killing members of the group;
    (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
    (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
    (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
    (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
    .
At a minimum, the Zionist regime virtually since its inception has met conditions (a), (b) and (c) of Article II above, and it could be argued that its criminal siege on Gaza comes under the rubric of (d). The Israeli zionist state thus is a genocidal state that continues to commit acts of genocide. The label ‘apartheid state’ prettifies this grotesque and ugly reality, but it also shows that the imperialist tools like the UN will ignore its own conventions to be regarded as little more than scraps of paper..
    .
Further, under Article III of the Convention appears the following:
    .
The following acts shall be punishable:
    (a) Genocide;
    (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
    (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
    (d) Attempt to commit genocide;
    (e) Complicity in genocide.
    .
By meeting at least one condition under Article II (actually a-d), under Article III the Zionist regime has committed all the punishable acts of genocide, (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e). Only those who believe the Palestinians are not a ‘national, ethnical, racial or religious group’ could deny the Zionist genocide. Of course the Zionists baldly declare the Palestinians to be ‘bugs’ and ‘cockroaches’, so anyone who denies this genocide, must, just like the Zionists, also believe that the Palestinians are ‘untermensch’.
    .
The irony is that without the unwavering support of the US imperialists, the Zionist illusions in their ‘superiority’ would quickly evaporate in the realisation that Israel is a garrison state under its own siege and thereby a death trap for Jews. It’s increasingly looking like they’re incurring a growing wrath in ~100,000,000 Arabs surrounding ~6.7 million Jews, so things won’t end well for the Zionist regime. Military conscription, suppression of alternative information sources, the administrative detention orders, etc, all testify to the perceived siege of ‘poor little Israel’ turning into a real one.
    .
Militarily, the problem for zionists is that if they want to stop the rocket attacks from Gaza (without ever stopping the anti-Palestinian dispossessions and pogroms that sparked them initially and will continue to do), then they’d have to move ground forces into Gaza. However, the Israeli high command appear to understand that their conscript army doesn’t have much stomach for that. Bombing and shooting innocent civilians is what the cowardly IDF does best, but taking on armed militias in Gaza likely will end in a repeat of their embarrassing defeat in Lebanon.
    .
It would be good to see all Palestinian workers inside Israel shutting down important sectors of the economy, eg, by indefinite strikes in construction which is almost exclusively of Palestinian workers, and in other sectors predominantly Palestinian. The deep racial hatred rife in Israel has been inculcated systematically and won’t be broken by reason. But if Hebrew-speaking workers had an occasion to solidarise with their Palestinian co-workers in strikes, etc, against the bombing and other atrocities, then that could set a fearful precedent that the Zionist regime has done its best to prevent ever happening. And it would show that there’s a ‘spark of redemption’ inside Israel that the surrounding sea of Arabs will take heed from.
    .
While it’s premature to pronounce the ‘beginning of the end’ for the genocidal Israeli regime, as many are now doing, even if Israel/Palestine were purged of Zionism tomorrow, a rational and equitable solution to the national question involving interpenetrated peoples (as in the case of Israel/Palestine) won’t occur this side of a social revolution in Israel/Palestine and also in its neighbours which contain a sizeable Palestinian diaspora.

    1. It amuses me the universal conscription. Because it kind of means there are NO civilians in “Israel” except those dispossessed original inhabitants who find themselves inside the stolen Zionist borders.

      1. Good one, Jack!

  13. Thank You, Ms Johnstone!!

  14. Spot on about IDF knocking out communications to suppress news out of Gaza. Recall the attack on the USS Liberty when out of the clear blue sky the Israeli air force rocketed, bombed, strafed, and napalmed this ship, then attacked the lifeboats, and torpedoed it using PT boats. Supposedly, this was to be blaned on Egypt, to bring the US into the war against Nasser. So, they knocked out the antennae and comm equipment first. History repeats, we were complicit, and no one was punished. Now Gaza.

  15. I’m sure that the NYT is all shaken up over losing Foxman’s subscription.

If the NYTs keeps on this path, which it won’t, it would make that up ten-fold over time.

  16. About 20 years ago even Jimmy Carter declared Israel to be an apartheid state, which he never dared while in office. Everyone else in the world knew it by then, and millions knew it decades earlier, but of course Carter was excoriated and tarred with the “anti-semitic” label by Zionist goon squads who never rest.

They’ve used that slur ceaselessly to defuse all criticism of their barbaric treatment of Palestinians, and the US has been cowed by them the entire time and eager to keep the narrative rolling that serves the interests of no one but Zionist Israel and the capitalist-imperialist US-based corporatocracy–until now, with the flagrant murdering of Palestinian children that even the NY Times, bastion of Israeli Zionism all these lie-drenched decades, can’t get away with ignoring and expect to be taken seriously by anyone other than fanatical Zionists.

Let’s hope the narrative really is shifting to expose Israel’s systematic brutality and crimes against humanity, but it’s very hard to imagine that will happen under a Biden presidency. He’ll keep playing a “both sides are to blame” game until ultimately capitulating to Netanyahu, the world’s most despicable war criminal since George W. Bush. TPTB won’t withdraw their support from Israel unless millions worldwide can put enough pressure on this thoroughly corrupt Congress and White House to recognize the humanity of Palestinians and the fact that Israel treats them exactly the way the US treated its native population on this blood-soaked continent for 400 years, by essentially exterminating them and imprisoning the survivors on “reservations” where they can be more easily controlled and kept in poverty in perpetuity.

Netanyahu, who orchestrated this latest atrocity on Gaza, and Biden should be locked in the same cell block as Bush, Cheney and all their criminal conspirators. And that’ll happen about as soon as Elon Musk successfully colonizes Mars with gated communities occupied only by multi-billionaires and their slaves.

  17. “The IRS states that terrorist activities are considered substantial means for disqualifying an organization’s tax-exempt status, yet money is still finding its way through a number of high-profile tax-exempt American charities to known terrorist groups inside Israel.”

“Because the prime minister was in such a dire situation and was desperate for every vote, he gave [Otzma Yehudit] the legitimacy,” Rabbi Sattath said. “What we’re seeing here in Israel and around the world is that one of the symptoms of democracies in decline is when the extreme right takes over the center right. The fact that the prime minister and some of the right-wing parties gave the Jewish Power Party legitimacy has then increased their power. And that’s what enabled them to use these methods they’ve used for over a decade on a large scale in the last wave of violence.”

    1. I stopped paying Oz taxes because our government gives some of them to the terrorist state. Our law makes it an offense for me to contribute.

      1. Zionists also don’t pay income taxes in host nations

  18. Ironically, Trump has done more to reveal the horrors of Zionism than anyone else, including the Palestinians. Deal of the Century? Fulsome embrace of Saudi Arabia? Jerusalem as capital of Israel? The mindless stupidity of Trump has done the trick. Suddenly even the mindless cruelty of the DNC has been exposed.

  19. Thank you for shining a light on a subject too many wish would remain shrouded in darkness. I’m optimistic people are finally seeing the truth of the Palestinian struggle. Now we must force elected representatives to take a stand on the issue and hold them accountable for their position.

On a side note, I found John Day’s blog through your comment section. i find it very informative. Thank you to John.

  20. That’s terrible the way the NYT is smearing the Israeli government; what did the Lukid party ever do to them?

  21. These are the dyed-in-the-wool colors of the nakedness of age-old anti-Humanism

Wake up, an alarm commands, deep in the unconscious distance of sleep.

No one gets to choose his religion or family of birth, ethnicity/race; yet Europeans/Caucasians seem still to believe, without any doubts from conscience, that skin pigmentation should continue to rule the roost under the cloak of neoliberal plutocracy.

As they constantly remind us, leading by hypercritical example:

Former Arsestralian (no disparagement intended) P.M., Kevin Rudd, still a mouthpiece of this hegemonic belief system, announces that ‘countries’ (all ruthlessly stolen) should unite against China’s growing economic and geopolitical COERCION, reports a BBC loudspeaker.

How much better an example of the hypocrisy, than the pot calling the kettle black, is required, and how much time is there, before the tables can be turned?

And then there’s Canada’s ‘mourning’ as remains of 215 indigenous school children are ‘discovered’ in a mass grave at a former residential school – scrubbed language for classroom prisons, where they were sent to COERCE them to freely assimilate into the frame-up.

Isn’t this ‘following suit’ – yet again digging maniacally atop the graves of ‘others’ who came before, what the Israeli’s are attempting – on a more massive scale – to do to an entire group of people – UN definition of genocide; in order to steal their grounding – the land, from under them?

And so it goes, on the Memorial Day weekend in Armerica, the land of the free, to do as one pleases, so long as one is a member of the club, as defined by the private owners of the ‘club’ (in case anyone didn’t get the bludgeon) where they COERCE kids of all hues, so long as they’re not members’ kids, to go abroad in ‘uniformity’, to kill and be killed, in the name of ‘educating’ them about global human rights and democracy.

Humanity is such a sick joke that tears are pouring down the cheek of it.

    1. I’m not a lawyer, and I don’t know the details, but I think the Canadian children also count as genocide, even without the deaths:
      ~
Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide
      Article II

In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

      e. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
      https://www.un.org/en/genocideprevention/genocide.shtml

    2. Documentary on Israel / Palestine – occupation

  22. In relating themselves directly to each other Jews in general and Israel in particular are feeding the lion that will eat them. They are NOT the same thing. But by the close affiliation with Israel many Jews that aren’t Israeli hold, they are condoning some of the worst behavior any government is guilty of. They are creating anti-Semitism where there was none.

  23. You’re an absolute breath of fresh air Caitlin

  24. “According to lawyers who defend Palestinian detainees, administrative detentions are almost always based on ‘confidential material’ to which the detainees themselves and their lawyers have no access. As a result, it is virtually impossible to defend oneself.” What came to mind while and after reading: A quick and complete bypass (like it was planned ahead) of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc. The Patriot Act. Color-coded Terror Alerts. Rendition. Enhanced Interrogation (to the point of insanity, permanent damage, and death). Black Sites. Guantanamo (where one can be held for life – under secret charges/secret evidence). And, everything it means in relation to what message the world is getting regarding Julian Assange. https://seaclearly.com/2021/05/01/a-final-warning

    1. Talking of Julian and confidential materials, ‘It is not in dispute that the CIA is in possession of Julian Assange’s legal and medical files seized from the Ecuadorean Embassy,” but no need to worry, ‘ because “Chinese walls” within the US government meant that the CIA would not pass any of the information on to the Justice Department.’

  25. Things are changing alright !

Looks like the occupiers of PALESTINE might be heading back to Europe after their humiliating defeat by the Palestinians !!

BIBIs’ own estimates were that 4500 rockets were launched by the Palestinians !!

Of course the ‘Iron Dome’ was completely ineffective !

Wonder where the Palestinians got 4500 rockets ???

Palestine has a SILENT partner that does not seek accolades !

    1. Where do you think the Palestinians got the rockets?

      1. Probably prayed for them.

    2. It is too hyperbolic to call them rockets, they are no more than fireworks.

    3. Jack you were already reminded that Palestinians make their own rockets, and nobody supplies them with any weapons, not even the Iranians who are about the only nation to support them politically. This was on another article and your post here is a copy of what you wrote there.

This begs the question, are you a robot?

There really isn’t much point making these spam like posts here, because anyone who reads Caitlin is bound to be well informed about these sort of things. Indeed better informed since it is unlikely any of them have questions about the Palestinian rockets.

      1. How are they SPAM ???
        These are FACTS !

I am a 7th generation Australian ( arrived on the Atlas 2 in 1802 ) and my great – great grandmother was a FULL blooded Aboriginal !!

        Don’t tell me what I am a OR I am not – ‘Johnny come lately ‘ !!

I know EXACTLY how the Palestinians FEEL !

  26. Psychopaths are blinded by their own bloodlust.
May they stumble into the maw of HELL.

How will this other “special relationship” fare in the decade ahead? It is unjust. The people of the world see the injustice.
Clashes between protesters and Israeli police flared up in Jerusalem in mid-April 2021 over the eviction of Palestinian families from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
Hamas’s missile fire against Israel and the Netanyahu government’s response did not occur until May 10.
The Biden administration told Congress that it will deliver $ 735 million worth of high-precision bombs to Israel … on May 5, five days before the war.
In addition to the homes of Hamas dignitaries and smuggling tunnels, the IDF has systematically destroyed desalination factories and power plants in Gaza.
The United States obstructed any intervention by the Security Council. They only imposed a ceasefire after Israel’s stockpile of ammunition was depleted. It will soon be replenished by the delivery expected from the Biden Administration.

For the powers that be to remain in power, they need an external threat to the people, so the people will keep serving them and they have power.
This means aligning the fear of the people against threats to the owners, especially if the threats to the owners actually align with the natural interests of the people. We got the Red-Threat, and got it again, and now we are getting another round of The-Yellow-Peril again.
It’s not that they are not potential threats to American people. Those owners should be as suspect as our current owners.
Most owners through history have been pretty good at co-opting the representatives of God on earth, to support their Divine Rights and Rule.
Sometimes the Church has had to change sides, but God’s side was always the winner, even if God had to change sides.
    What about the Aliens?
There are good and bad aliens, I have read.
They got concerned and talked to Harry Truman after the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, I have read.
    I just don’t know.
Maybe Harry wasn’t the right guy to talk to. FDR never thought he was.
Maybe there is no human they can really negotiate with in mutual good faith, or maybe not a quorum of such reliable humans.
I was reading about the USAF cover up of UFOs in the 1960s when I was 11 years old. It is nothing-new.
They hired scientists to go declare things to have been “ball lightning” and stuff. One of those guys wrote a book. I read it.
I’m fine with there being aliens from other worlds, and why would they all be the same? How might we be similar and different?
If “they” got here, without wiping each other out with that technology, then they passed a certain hurdle that our species may or may not surmount.
The stoking of UFO controversy appears to be a classic psyops perpetrated by U.S. military intelligence for the objective of population control, Finian Cunningham writes.
There are reasons to be skeptical. After decades of stonewalling on the issue, suddenly American military chiefs appear to be giving credence to claims of UFOs invading Earth. Several viral video clips purporting to show extraordinary flying technology have been “confirmed” by the Pentagon as authentic. The Pentagon move is unprecedented.

    1. If you ask me, the UFOs are just an excuse for loads of money for the new US Space Force, putting tons of weaponry into orbit where it can be pointed up – or more likely down. Put the idea about, release a few photos, videos and stuff, and the electorate’ll think there might be something in it they need defending from.

      1. They could trot out a guy dressed in a rubber suit and with props no more sophisticated than a 60s Doctor Who production. Show this to the world on their TVs and manage to get more than half the nitwits on this planet believing the rubber suit is an ambassador from Fknowswhere and they’ll do whatever the green man says. Ironically the most likely believers will be the same ones who pointblank refuse to entertain the idea until now and who scoff at all reports the same. Before this Coronahoax I’d have been hard out to be so cynical but I really have seen it all now. I can extrapolate this shit forwards and easily reach every historical atrocity and man -made catastrophe in history. No more asking “how could it happen?” because the answer is always the same. The bovine stupidity of the mean of humanity.

        1. In fact if the green man with 3 eyes and six fingers and toes on each of his 6 limbs, and for some reason no clothes has a Darlek for a pet, the mob wouldn’t even catch onto the con.
