Hard To Swallow Pills

Listen to a reading of “Hard To Swallow Pills”:

You were born in the middle of the most sophisticated and expansive mass-scale perception management operation that has ever taken place.

The news media is propaganda and schooling is designed to condition us to accept that propaganda.

Public understanding of what a normal moderate position looks like and what a radical extremist position looks like has been warped to the most insane extent possible.

Noam Chomsky is not a radical and is in fact far too aligned with establishment power on far too many issues.

The difference between an AOC Democrat and a true anti-imperialist socialist is greater than the difference between an AOC Democrat and a Republican.

The difference between the mainstream media narrative about the world and actual reality is greater than the difference between the mainstream media narrative about the world and literally any work of fiction.

You’ve been lied to your entire life about your nation, your government, your nation’s official enemies, your society, and your very self.

Your brain and your senses were evolved to keep your evolutionary ancestors alive, not to tell you true things about the nature of reality.

Your mistakes don’t matter and neither do anyone else’s.

The self is an illusion and all beliefs are false.

The world is so much more beautiful than you realize.

You are so much more beautiful than you realize.

The world is secretly perfect.

You are secretly perfect.

It is safe to relinquish all labels and let all of life be ineffable.

It is safe to relinquish all identity and let yourself be ineffable.

The universe is forever out of control, and that’s a good thing.

There is nowhere to fall to.

This is all infinitely supported and profoundly cherished.

This is all meaningless, gratuitous, astonishing, and delightful.

We are dancing together in the heart of eternity.

Your every molecule is intimately embraced by all that is.

Everything in existence says yes to itself.

Everything in you says yes to everything in existence; even your “no” is made of yes.

You are beloved.

You are love.

  • In general I agree with just about everything you say in your posts, which is not the happiest result one can imagine. But I can’t agree with this post’s take on how wonderful we really are and how wonderful the universe really is. This universe is the one in which the only known process available to produce us was evolution, which as you point out, has set us out to be mis-perceivers, misguided, and very disappointing creatures in general. I don’t see any way not to count these natural processes, and their unhappy results, as part of “real” reality. I am not adverse to the idea that aspects of the universe, and us, are indeed an ineffable marvel. But saying the rest of the universe, the parts that produce a very flawed humanity, are not actually “real” as well requires, I think, a self-propagandizing effort at least as great as the ones that you justly despise. We are an existence in which terrible things and great things coexist, however unhappily.

  • ZIO/US no longer has access to FREE oil – bombing the ME for OIL days are over – Russia stopped it !

Turkey taking up NATOs position in Iraq shows how desperate they are for OIL to keep the economic PONZI going !

The ZIO/US has been reduced to stealing Syrian OIL and transporting it by ROAD tanker !

US and British OIL companies have been booted from Russia for causing ( likely deliberate ) massive evironmental damage through pipeline leaks !

ME and North African countries have been left in ruins by the ZIO/US insatiable economic appetite for OIL !

The game is up for the OIL dependent US and EU – only economic collapse can now follow !

  • In the series “hard to swallow pills”, “all beliefs are false” is a false belief.
All beliefs are true is also a false belief because if all beliefs are true, then the contrary of all true beliefs are also true. Yet the contrary of all true beliefs are false.
There must be some kind of way out of here

    Well… there ain’t. Sorry…
It’s a bit like the old syllogism: a rare horse is expensive, a cheap horse is rare, therefore a cheap horse is expensive :o)

    • If all beliefs are false, then of course “all beliefs are false” is a false belief.
And if all beliefs are true, then of course false beliefs are true.
Why should there be some kinda way outta here?

      • There’s no reason to get excited
        The thief he kindly spoke
There are many here among us
Who think that life is but a joke.
But you and I, we’ve been through that
And this is not our fate.
So let’s not talk falsely now
        The hour is getting late.

        • ‘If it ain’t not untrue
Then it should be false too’
          Was logicians’ decision
          To stop contradiction
But Truth said, ‘Ha! If only they knew.’

  • The purpose of censorship is to create a population infantile adults.

The word infant comes from the Latin words meaning “unable to speak”.

Censors do not intend infants to see the world as unadapted adults do, but as infantile adults do. (Adults adapted to Not-See-ism)

Adapting to an infantile mode of being in childhood makes it difficult to speak of censored things as an adapted infantile adult.

Very young children are unable to speak, and therefore are unable to learn and speak complex language things before language is available to them.

Things that one is not able to speak of are difficult to think of.

Things that one is not able to think of are difficult to speak of.

  • So very beautifully put Caitlin.

One thing I have to say about the oppression of the proletariat in China, the main role of the opprossed seems to be to stroll around in an aesethic wonderland, and occassionally take some of it in when not i phoning or eating.
If China is the land of 10,000 cuisines, which is readily apparent in this video, it is also fast becoming the land of 10,000 centrally planned seven dimensional creative design features per every 100 square meters.
    Note:
“Noam Chomsky is not a radical and is in fact far too aligned with establishment power on far too many issues.”
Agree, wholeheartedly, if for no other reason than it was Mr. Chomsky who continuously told me over the years to vote for the lesser of two evils, when it was clear to anyone of sound mind, that for several decades now there have been no lesser evils to vote for inside the Belway Complex.
“The difference between an AOC Democrat and a true anti-imperialist socialist is greater than the difference between an AOC Democrat and a Republican.”
Agree with the caveat that as a former bartender … oh what am I talking about. Although it is extremely rare, even a bartender can become a permanent sell-out.
After all, it did take two, count em, two, masked atttendants to carry Ms. OC’s train on her Tax the Rich gown. That’s was one masked attendant too many for there to be any possible spiritual/political recovery, in my opinion.
There are certain lines that once you cross them, you can never come back from.

  • absolutely beautiful true and wonderful
