Listen to a reading of this article:

In what his lawyers have described as a “brief but significant moment in the case,” a British magistrates’ court has signed off on Julian Assange’s extradition to the United States, bringing the WikiLeaks founder one step closer to a US trial under the Espionage Act which threatens press freedoms worldwide.

The extradition case now goes to UK Home Secretary Priti Patel for approval, which will likely be forthcoming as Patel is a reliably loyal empire manager. After that point, Assange’s legal team will be able to launch an appeal.

This is happening at the same time the United States and the United Kingdom are loudly demanding accountability for alleged war crimes by the Russian military in Ukraine, which is interesting because attempting to bring accountability for war crimes is precisely why Julian Assange is in prison.

“He is a war criminal,” President Biden said of Vladimir Putin following allegations of war crimes in Bucha, Ukraine earlier this month. “I think it is a war crime. … He should be held accountable.”

And that’s all I’d like to say here today, really. That this discrepancy is very interesting.

I mean, can we take a moment to deeply appreciate the irony of this? Because it’s so obscene and outrageous it’s actually hard to take in unless you really let it absorb. The most powerful government in the world, which serves as the hub of the most powerful empire that has ever existed, is working to extradite a journalist for exposing its war crimes while simultaneously rending its garments over war crime allegations against another government.

I mean, damn. You would think a power structure that had recently been caught red-handed committing war crimes and is currently in the process of imprisoning a journalist for exposing those war crimes would at least have the sense not to yell too loudly about war crimes for a little while. But this is how confident the empire is in its ability to control the narrative.

Really take it in. Really digest it. The more you think about it, the freakier it gets. Not only is the empire persecuting a journalist for exposing its war crimes while at the same time demanding that others be held accountable for war crimes, it is also attacking the free press for reporting the truth about the powerful while at the very same time engaging in a massive propaganda operation which holds that it is involved in Ukraine to protect its freedom and democracy.

I mean, the gall. The absolute temerity. The balls on this empire, man.

I have said it before and I will say it again: Assange exposed many ugly realities about the powerful in his work with WikiLeaks, but everything that he has managed to expose thereafter simply by forcing them to prosecute him far surpasses the revelations in those publications.

If the highest form of journalism is exposing the darkest secrets of the most powerful people in the world, then Julian Assange is the highest form of journalist.

  1. The Hypocrisy is this:

If Assange is being extradited to Russia for exposing alleged war crimes in Afghanistan in 1979 committed by Russian troops, there will be howls and cries from the United States about his right to freedom of expression and his Human Rights.

But as of now all these Rights have disappeared since he is being extradited to the US for exposing the US war crimes in Iraq. The US is indeed an Empire of Lies.

  2. Agree. Every word.

  3. This is class war. Both Putin and Biden represent the class of wealthy capital owners, Yes, they’re competitively opposed in the war for profiteering, but they’re on the same side in the class war.

The now global economic functions of the for-profit system present a new scenario for our consideration. Through the flow of information (media, education, opinion leading) the ruling class try engineer a consensus accepting their theories of political economy and administrative rule, they condition the way people are trained and encouraged to think about the world.

But there are other ways of assessing reality. We can try science and evidence – not very popular given the new populist war on science, the spread of fake news and superstition. But evidence and rational consideration of it can yield the truth about emerging reality.

For as long as the for-profit corporations can sow this confusion, people like Julian Assange will be their class enemy. Defending him is the responsibility of every defender of real democracy. That the embedded scribblers of the unfree press and the talking heads of state and private electronic media have turned their backs on him and on truth shows the weakness of their position – not their strength. And as the financial collapse bites ever harder, ordinary decent people will hear and begin to understand what Caitlin is saying on this fundamental democratic issue.

The more who shout abut this injustice, the sooner the ruling class administrations in London and Washington will squirm and be forced by their own contradictions to free him
Raise your voices in every country, call the US and British Embassies to demand his release and demand those who’ve abused the law to imprison him are held to account.

  4. Bucha was most likely done by the Ukrainian nazis, then pinned in Putin. There’s been quite a few false flags like that lately. Whereas Assange publicised actual video evidence of US war crimes, after the whole world found out about Abu Graib.

The CIA is a war crime syndicate. What will it take to stop them?

  5. Hypocrisy stopped being a dirty word in the West a long time ago. That, lying and deception are the norm. I stopped watching TV, and reading MSM and only rely on dissident opinion while it remains accesible. Once that is cancelled I will spend my time gardening.

    1. Buddha: “If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change”.

  6. History will report that Assange was burnt at the stake by very evil people

  7. This is a simple demonstration by the powerful to the weak. If the line is crossed the powerful can and will crush the weaker. Prisons, Gitmo, sanctions and war are all options.

  8. I still finding it very disturbing that a country can reach out and take a person from another country whom they claim, without proof and on flimsy, false and unreliable evidence, to have committed a crime against their laws that don’t have jurisdiction in other countries. The US Patriot Act doesn’t apply in any other country.
You’d think that at worst the holding country, in this case the UK, would put Assange on trial for the purported crimes, make the US prove the case against him, and then, and only then, if found guilty would he be extradited.
Even then, as Assange is not a UK citizen, the country doing this should be Australia, not UK.
Having said that, I must also say that I find it also very disturbing that the US continues to get away with murder, literally. It can invade countries with impunity, fabricating evidence and reasons, it can kill millions of citizens of those countries, destroy the country, pillage the country’s assets, and then leave it when done. And it provides weapons and assistance for other friendly countries to do the same. It can apply economic sanction, that rarely work, and illegally seize funds and assets.
Decade after decade – causing irreparable damage the world over. Why do we let it get away with ti?

    1. Because it spends a heluva lot more on its military than anyone else with a clear conscience.

  9. You are brainwashed fool if you think the ZIO/US/NATO militaries have ANY capability against Russia – they DON’T !

  10. ZIO/US/NATO are not capable of doing ANYTHING !

This was flagged with their NON response in Syria and is now set in stone in Ukraine !

ALL the ZIO/US/NATO have left is PISS and WIND !

They won’t try anything against Russia because they would be humiliated and completely exposed !

Russia KNOWS this and will progress as planned – unperturbed by the wests Idiotic threats ! !

  11. Russia doesn’t mess around !

  12. This election cycle I’m voting for whoever even mentions the plight of Julian Assange.
Well, that cancels out the LNP and Labor!
As an Australian I have never before encountered the level of censorship that comes from the MSM coverage of Russia/Ukraine. I am allowed to read whatever regurgitated crap the US feeds our government and the ABC – but when I try to find corroborative sources they are constantly disrupted. I must accept the US line, verbatim!!
If you follow that train of thought than the only difference between the LNP and Labor is that one is better than the other and both are constantly trying to improve our lot by outdoing each other’s policies. Both are promising ‘heaven on earth’ – except for ScoMo who also promises an ethereal heaven. Hearken back to the days of Richard Nixon… would you buy a used car off this man?

  13. Proving once again that, in the U.S., your vote is meaningless.

    1. As it is everywhere else. Nearly all countries with voting have governments that mostly ignore the wishes of the voters unless there is a major uprising or they can use it for political gain.
Democracy is inherently corruptible because it isn’t corruption-proof, there are far too many weaknesses and gaps in all versions of it to make it genuinely representative, transparent and accountable – the three things that would make it work properly. If one or more of these three is missing, then the country is not a real democracy, it is just pretending to be one.

      1. Not exactly. Democracy is inherently corruptible because, as Oscar Ameringer put it, “politics is the gentle art of getting votes from the poor and campaign funds from the rich, by promising to protect each from the other.” Of course, after the election, it’s the one who paid the piper who calls the tune.

  14. Some weird SH!T is happening in America !

    Holodomor ??

Bolsheviks have a long history of this !

    https://freeimage.host/i/holodomor.VNxMg9

  15. Less and less Rothschilds owned media BS now about Ukraine !

Russia has won and will declare victory on May 9th !

That is when the SH!T is really going to hit the FAN for the western economies !

If Russia can destroy EVERY military asset in NATO/Ukraine with pinpoint strikes – well – they could do it on US/EU soil as well

    https://avia-pro.net/news/ukrainskie-voyska-massovo-kapituliruyut-i-otstupayut-iz-donbassa

  16. Rothschilds/ZIO/US/NATO have funded/trained/armed EVERY major terrorist group that has ever existed !

They put the terrorists on the ground in resource ( especially hydrocarbon ) rich nations and prepare that nation for ZIO/US/EU corporations to plunder everything !

Any thinking person knows this – it is obvious yet never exposed because the financiers own the media !

The ONLY reason the US/NATO militaries exist is to plunder SH!T and murder the rightful owners of that SH!T !

Since Russia entered Syria in 2015 – 400 THOUSAND ZIO/US/NATO ‘proxy’ ISIS terrorists have been turned into fertilizer !

I knew back then that it was over for the US – that was the first time in history that any nation has stood up to the US !

    Russia fixes everything !

Assange is just used as an example to any potential ‘ whistle blowers ‘ that try to expose what is obvious to any free thinker – ” Don’t FUCKING try it “

    1. You don’t think the Vietnamese stood up to the US?

    2. Jack Oliver, your half truth and propaganda is worse than a lie.
And BTW, Russia does not fix anything, and its butchery in Syria, Chechnya, and Ukraine is well documented. The US is no angel, but so is Russia too. Journalists like Assange who expose Russia’s crimes against humanity are also being executed in Russia, and this too is thoroughly documented.

      1. “Our Community Guidelines prohibit content denying, minimizing or trivializing well-documented violent events. We are now removing content about Russia’s invasion in Ukraine that violates this policy.”

      2. @Orwell,

Well said. I just skim past anything that Jack Oliver posts because it’s all crazy talk about Rothschilds and Zionists. He also tends to just copy-and-paste the same comments again and again.

  17. Assange and the good he achieved will live in history long after Joe Biden is forgotten, McCain and McConnell are universally reviled and Obama is seen as just another Judas Goat.

  18. Glad to see Caitlin is still here….
Have lost, or unable to view Strategic Culture or RT
Gee, have to go to the ABC or the Murdoch press to read about world events.

  19. it is said that turkey is conducting a special military operation on the kurds in iraq. erdogan always has a way to make a point. ukraine may have jumped the european queue, nato-turkey can do a probably less justifiable smo without getting sanctioned.

  20. Rich people make laws for poor people to follow. The New York Times wrote pretty much the same thing that Assange wrote but is safe from the legal system because it speaks for the bosses. There are around 2 million people locked up in America, mostly poor and working class who don’t really deserve to be there. Hopefully the attention to the Assange case can help expose the injustice in the justice system.

    1. Sitting Bull: “The white man makes laws that the rich can break but not the poor and collects taxes from the poor and the weak to support the rich who govern them. He claims our common mother, the earth, for himself alone and barricades himself against his neighbours. He disfigures it with his buildings and his waste. This nation is like the torrent of melted ice which gets out of its bed and sweeps everything away in its path”.

  21. Assuming Assange is extradited it will be interesting to see what happens. Maybe he’ll be sent to Guantanamo so they don’t have to deal with on scene protestors. Anyway, thanks for articulating the hyper hypocrisy. And here’s another aspect for you- even if you think Russians committed the Bucha massacre, how does that make Putin a war criminal? Nobody that mattered ever suggested LBJ was a war criminal because of the My Lai massacre, which was comparable in scale and included babies and children. Piled in ditches. And I’m still the only person I know to point out that Bush Jr. is a war criminal for killing by his own admission 30,000 people “more or less”, and actually many more, for completely fabricated reasons. Whatever you think about Russia’s comparatively bloodless SMO in Ukraine, at least the reasons weren’t made up.

I think you’re right that Assange’s biggest contribution is his persecution, and hopefully that’s some solace. Assuming he makes it to the US my best guess on a venue is South Carolina, where Padilla was arraigned. it will be a circus of the absurd. Maybe I’ll go as a lion tamer in a Nixon mask. And your framing is the one to use. Prosecuting somebody for exposing war crimes while simultaneously trying to prosecute others for committing them is so ridiculous even some Americans will notice. I think it helps to keep in mind that the warpigs’ real Achilles heel is that they’re power crazed morons.

  23. Should Assange be extradited to the US, there must be a mass citizen action at the CIA , on the scale of what happened at the US Capitol on Jan. 6th!

  24. The adequate word is chutzpah actually. It’s beyond gall, like if your boss is caught doing something he’d forbidden his staff to do, the situation turns sour, you ask him: “What about that rule that you yourself enacted?” and he replies: “See? I was right!”

That’s chutzpah. It’s so outlandish that there won’t be any pushback on penalty of engaging in a full-scale altercation with possible blows and final split. Hence this quote variously attributed to Adolf Hitler or Joseph Goebbels (whose worldview we should seriously study since our Western leaders are now openly aiding, abetting and arming nazis), “the bigger the lie, the more people will believe it”. They might not actually believe it but they won’t push back.

Biden is in good company here. Talking about German Weltanschauung, Otto von Bismark had some good ones too fitting the present situation like: “God has a special providence for fools, drunks and the United States of America” or “We live in a wondrous time where the strong is weak because of his scruples and the weak grows strong because of his audacity”. That’s where the concept of chutzpah comes in handy…

Bismarck is a mine for cynical witticisms with also quotes like “never believe anything in politics unless it has been officially denied” or “when you want to fool the world, tell the truth”.

That’s why Biden can’t fool the world. He doesn’t have the remotest notion of what the truth is. But, as Injun chief Pachgantschilhilas, from his native Delaware, already remarked over a century ago about the Pale Faces at large: “White men claimed loud and clear that their laws were made for everyone but it soon became obvious that while hoping to make us adopt them, they had no scruples breaking them. Their wise men advised us to embrace their religion but we discovered that they had several. This troubled us a lot until we understood that the white man didn’t take his religion any more seriously than his laws. He kept them at hand to be used as tools in his relationship with others”.

Biden is just the offshoot of a long Delaware tradition. Obama allegedly took him on his ticket because he was the most conservative of all the hot shots in the Democratic Party, hoping this would balance his own progressive image to get a majority of votes. That Delaware tradition, which also gave us the non-existing Hunter laptop (other than in Kremlin’s cocksuckers’ minds) is what allows Phony Joe to call simultaneously for Putin to be tried for war crimes and Assange to be prosecuted for denouncing his own war crimes – according to the same standards – in Iraq, Afghanistan and all the rest of it during his vice-presidency in the Obama administration.

But it’s Jesus who started it all when he said “Do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing”. Without even mentioning the straw and the beam and the wolves in sheep’s clothing :o)

    1. Mr God famously told his fans, “Thou shalt not kill.”
Yet the Bible, through which he supposedly spoke, frequently exhorted them to do just that.
      Luke 19:27
But as for these enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, bring them here and slaughter them before me.’”

      2 Chronicles 15:12-13
And they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and with all their soul, but that whoever would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, should be put to death, whether young or old, man or woman.
      Leviticus 20:13
If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.

      Exodus 22:19
“Whoever lies with an animal shall be put to death.
      Leviticus 20:27
“A man or a woman who is a medium or a necromancer shall surely be put to death. They shall be stoned with stones; their blood shall be upon them.”
      Deuteronomy 17:12
The man who acts presumptuously by not obeying the priest who stands to minister there before the Lord your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.
      1 Samuel 15:2-3
Thus says the Lord of hosts, ‘I have noted what Amalek did to Israel in opposing them on the way when they came up out of Egypt. Now go and strike Amalek and devote to destruction all that they have. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”
      Deuteronomy 22:20-21
But if the thing is true, that evidence of virginity was not found in the young woman, then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done an outrageous thing in Israel by whoring in her father’s house. So you shall purge the evil from your midst.
      Etc etc etc.

        1. They could have done with weapons of mass destruction, given the amount of slaughtering expected of them. A few more from the same source:
          Ezekiel 35:7-9
I will make Mount Seir a waste and a desolation, and I will cut off from it all who come and go. And I will fill its mountains with the slain. On your hills and in your valleys and in all your ravines those slain with the sword shall fall. I will make you a perpetual desolation, and your cities shall not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

          Jeremiah 50:21-22
“Go up against the land of Merathaim, and against the inhabitants of Pekod. Kill, and devote them to destruction, declares the Lord, and do all that I have commanded you. The noise of battle is in the land, and great destruction!

          2 Kings
He went up from there to Bethel, and while he was going up on the way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him, saying, “Go up, you baldhead! Go up, you baldhead!” And he turned around, and when he saw them, he cursed them in the name of the Lord. And two she-bears came out of the woods and tore forty-two of the boys.

          Judges 20:48
And the men of Israel turned back against the people of Benjamin and struck them with the edge of the sword, the city, men and beasts and all that they found. And all the towns that they found they set on fire.

Think you answered your own question. It isn’t a democracy. It’s a constitutional monarchy. The parliamentary democracy bit is for the illusion of democracy to succeed with the gullible.

  25. Julian Assange is Australian. Yet not one word in this article about how the Australian Government is doing nothing to defend him.

    1. she has often mentioned this. it’s not like she is covering it up or ignoring it.

    2. Nothing is exactly what they’re doing for him. The ASIO/ASIS is merely an outpost for the CIA.

    3. What, like it’s not EVERYONE’S responsibility to defend the freedom to speak truth to power? If you’re waiting on Canberra to stand up for Assange, let alone for all of us, I hope you’ve got some good escapist reading material, like 1984, to pass the time.

      1. it is more a responsibility of his own government than anbody but the US or UK, they could legally do things about it but they won’t even try because they are such good servile poodles.

    4. The Australian government was co-opted by American spookery decades ago. They were given the same choice as Ukraine and every other puppet in Washington’s Punch and Judy Show. When Washington orders them to commit ritual seppuku by affronting China, they will do it. They will never buck the Americans. Hell, if Washington ordered them to make a burnt offering of Assange they’d do that too.

I don’t think it’s quite as simple as that. Some people DO like to hurt others, but it is also true that there is only a limited quantity of resources in the world, and that humans have unlimited wants – maybe not unlimited needs, because you can define needs how you like, but unlimited wants.
One of the wants is status, and that is one of the hard ones, because an awful lot of people want to be top dog, and only a very limited number of people can even approach that status.
I am a Trump fan, but you have to remember that Trump didn’t do anything for Assange, either. Of course, he was limited in what he could do by the intransigence of the established bureaucracy, which with the co-operation of the secret agencies and the media, wouldn’t take his orders. But the fact remains that, if everything is at it appears to be, Assange and truth have been defeated by an entrenched system of corruption, which includes not just the American government, but all allied governments as well. We’re not dealing with a little enemy here.
What puzzles me is why we are allowed to say as much as we do. I suppose we are thought to be so helpless that it doesn’t matter. I always rather expected to be hanged before I reached the age of sixty, and I still wonder when the boys will come for people like Caitlin and me, and whether we will just be run over by a car, or whether we will be taken away and tortured, or whether our little kids will be tortured in front of us first. I do have to give the police credit: they haven’t ever even tried to plant marijuana on me.
Maybe the answer is that a lot of the humbler ones believe their own nonsense, and there aren’t enough of the really evil ones for them to have time to come after all the little pests like us.

They likely only target those whom – 1. attract a sizable public platform/following. 2. Hit a truth raw nerve that can’t be ignored/laughed off.

  28. When mere hypocrisy no longer allows us to conveniently rationalize the glaring discrepancies between our actions and our self-image, our ego allows itself to be led one step deeper, into the refuge of “doublethink”, thereby eliminating the discrepancy itself. Beyond simply “choosing not to see” an obvious contradiction, we abandon our own troubling vision of reality entirely, in favor of the dominant narrative (“groupthink”).

I read 1984 almost 60 years ago, and find myself now re-reading it on a daily basis, in the news.

“The power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one’s mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them… To tell deliberate lies while genuinely believing in them, to forget any fact that has become inconvenient, and then, when it becomes necessary again, to draw it back from oblivion for just so long as it is needed, to deny the existence of objective reality and all the while to take account of the reality which one denies – all this is indispensably necessary. Even in using the word doublethink it is necessary to exercise doublethink. For by using the word one admits that one is tampering with reality; by a fresh act of doublethink one erases this knowledge; and so on indefinitely, with the lie always one leap ahead of the truth.”
    ― George Orwell, Nineteen Eighty-Four

  29. “You would think a power structure that had recently been caught red-handed committing war crimes and is currently in the process of imprisoning a journalist for exposing those war crimes would at least have the sense not to yell too loudly about war crimes for a little while. But this is how confident the empire is in its ability to control the narrative.”

In the last sentence in the above paragraph, change the word “narrative” to the word “voters”. Then you’ve got “But this is how confident the empire is in its ability to control the voters”. In other words, no matter how horrible the elected Rs or Ds in congress and the White House behave — no matter what laws they ignore; no matter how many million people they kill, no matter how many homeless people live on the streets, the powers that be in the US are confident that US voters are going to march into voting booths in November 2022 and November 2024 and, yet again, vote for Rs and Ds. And by so doing they will be given More Of The Same, but with an even lower standard of living — except, of course — for the millions directly or indirectly employed by, or invested in, the MIC. They’ll be doing just fine ……….. until the first nuke drops.

    1. If the funds keep rolling in, why should Rs or Ds care who votes?

    2. All Americans must vote for Democrats because they are the Lesser Evil, says Chomsky.

Only with your votes can they reach the pinnacle of power as the Greatest Evil they aspire to.

Moscow did not advance ONE INCH WEST toward the border of the faithless Imperial America and its European Puppets.

Imperial America and its European Puppet NATO advanced toward Moscow.

America wants to be the unipolar power.

Alexander Hamilton argued for an American Monarchy.

Having failed to become that overtly, he was reconciled to administrate the new government as a monarchy.

Unipolar power is just another word meaning Monarchy.

The US demands that all other nations approach it on bended knee. To do otherwise is to be an insubordinant servant and suffer sanctions.

      1. If Chomsky is still saying that he’s become as senile as Lord Biden.

  30. I am sure Julian will be treated humanely in the US. A nice comfortable 8×8 cell six stories underground. Three meals a day. Lights out for 8 hours to sleep and of course an hour of daylight each day. Not to mention solitary confinement to make sure he rests comfortably. Then a nice sign outside his cell that says, “This is what happens when you f*ck with us.”

    1. Assange may well be very lucky if he is given solitary. Espionage is a crime that ranks very low on the federal convict’s scale of crimes, perhaps a little above the level of pederasts!

Caitlyn, different rules. In the vein of Leona Helmsley’s infamous “ taxes are for the little people”.

But no one likes taxes so that was pilloried. Kill millions? No problema.

  32. And the sheeples feel proud and brave. Narrative working. Kind, compassionate and whatever other virtuous slop they decide to feed them that day. Much like the real-life sociopaths in their lives, they got them eating out of their hands.

    1. After they’ve bought, prepared, cooked and served it to them and guess who does the cleaning. Bleat me a River!

Bleat me a River? Like it.
There is a new 4-H club now. It’s Hubris, Humbuggery, Hypocrisy and Horseshxt.

      1. What are the odds on them against Conquest, War, Famine, and Death, the old 4-H?

  33. well that’s American exceptionalism for you, mind you the English too and in Sweden or it’s government played a part as well yes it’s sickening to listen to the media in Britain and America prattling on and on and on about so called war crimes and then to condemn a first class journalist who exposed the very same, and as far as what is happening in the Ukraine well best not to open their filthy bio labs then

The Swedes, long self-vaunted as a “ moral superpower” became croppers on Assange. Have they no shame?

      1. don’t forget the Australian government, either.

        1. Has the Oz government ever tried to portray itself as a moral superpower? I can’t think of any examples.

          1. no, it has simply operated as a faithful poodle, while portraying itself as a regional moral power. Assange is an Australian citizen. instead of defending him, they pretend he doesn’t exist. it’s utterly hypocritical.

            1. It certainly likes to be seen as a regional power, but when has it portrayed itself as a regional moral power? I still can’t think of any examples.

      2. And here in Finland, not a word about Assange in our media. They are not real journalists, they are obedient servants of power (US and its lapdogs).

      3. They are joining Nato. Does that answer your question? Plus the damned ultra-“woke” fools are giving their under-populated country away to a mob of violent rapists driven from their own turf in North Africa and the Middle East by American-inspired Nato warring. Those Vikings of old have become a bit “touched in the head” in our modern world.

        1. Actually the biological descendants of the Vikings, or Scandinavian pirates (the notion of piracy being central to the Viking AOC), are components of the Anglo-Saxon people (the guys with names containing the suffix “son” especially or the prefix Fitz, “son of” in Norman) of the Five Eyes, as well as Russians and Ukrainians (from Varangian descent). The guys who stayed in Scandinavia were not Vikings. Only Scandinavians. Besides, the “mob of violent rapists” is marginal among the Arab refugees in Scandinavia, like the mafias, except of course in far-right media. Most criminals remain local, like Anders Behring Breivik who mass-murdered 77 people in Norway in 2011.

  34. The glaring hypocrisy would be blinding if it weren’t for the virtually complete mainstream media blackout on all things Julian Assange.

    1. I just did a Google search for “Julian Assange extradition” and Google advised there were 8.7 million search results.
Top search results included articles on the recent extradition decision and referral to the UK Home Secretary by the following website: ABC, BBC, CNN, The Guardian, NY Times, Sky News (News Ltd/Murdoch), Washington Post, Al Jazeera, The Australian (News Ltd/Murdoch) and many others.
So not exactly a “mainstream media blackout”.

  35. What is reality? Some people have trouble accepting social construction of reality. I think when society is not functioning, it is easier to manipulate what people agree is real.
Since sociopaths are literally calling the shots, reality seems to be not even what propaganda says, but who has the upper hand in always ongoing conflict.
The only way out of this violent construct is to turn off smartphones and unplug from microsoft infected laptops, and to reconnect to the society itself.
American people are supportive of Assange, at least anybody I ever spoke to.
We all of course know those who chose to serve in the government or law did so because they wanted to dominate.
    To them dominance is reality.
No wonder their whole purpose is singular hegemony. From there, committing genocide is not unthinkable.
