The Iowa caucus scandal has continued to get more egregious by the hour, with new revelations routinely pouring in about extremely suspicious manipulations taking place which all just so happen to disadvantage the campaign of Bernie Sanders in the first Democratic electoral contest of 2020. By the time you read this article, there will likely have been more.

Following the failure of an extremely shady app developed by vocally anti-Sanders establishment insiders which reportedly was literally altering vote count numbers after they were entered, Black Hawk County supervisor Chris Schwartz shared the election results in his county on Facebook so the public could have some idea of what’s going on as the Iowa Democratic Party (IDP) slowly trickles out the results of the caucuses.

Sanders supporters quickly highlighted the fact that the IDP’s reported numbers for Black Hawk County were wildly different from those reported by Schwartz, with votes taken from Sanders and given to minor fringe candidates Deval Patrick and Tom Steyer. The IDP then announced that it would be making “a minor correction to the last batch of results”, which just so happened to be in Black Hawk County and just so happened to give Sanders back some votes (but still remains different from that reported by Schwartz).

It’s probable that this only happened as a result of one Black Hawk County supervisor taking to social media to report the vote tallies for this one particular county. What about all the Iowa locations where this did not happen and local Democratic Party officials didn’t report their numbers on social media? Does anyone actually believe that the one instance where the IDP got caught is the one instance in which such vote tampering occurred?

That would be a very silly belief to hold, in my opinion. It would be like a store clerk discovering that a can of beans is completely rotten, then going ahead and putting the rest of the pallet on the shelf under the assumption that the other cans are fine.

Another of the countless revelations hemorrhaging from this fustercluck is a report from CNN and The New York Post that the DNC, not the IDP, is “running the show” in managing the Iowa caucus scandal. This means that this Democratic presidential primary scandal is being managed by the same committee which orchestrated the last Democratic presidential primary scandal, and that the campaign being victimized by this scandal, that of Bernie Sanders, is the same in both cases.

This would be the same DNC whose chairperson, Tom Perez, recently stacked its nominating committee with dozens of odious alt-centrist establishment insiders who are ideologically opposed to Sanders in every meaningful way.

“Democratic National Committee chair Tom Perez has nominated dozens of lobbyists, corporate consultants, think tank board members, and former officials linked to the presidential campaigns of Barack Obama and Bill and Hillary Clinton to serve on the Democratic National Convention (DNC) nominating committee this July,” Kevin Gosztola reported for Grayzone last month. “Many of Perez’s nominees are vocal opponents of Senator Bernie Sanders and spoke out against his campaign when he challenged Hillary Clinton for the nomination in 2016.”

As these scandalous revelations continue to emerge I don’t see anyone online expressing surprise that the Democratic establishment is once again stacking the deck against Sanders, but I do see some people expressing surprise that they are being so brazen about it. Which is perfectly understandable; if this party wants to screw over progressive voters, you’d expect that they’d at least try to hide it a little bit so they don’t alienate their progressive base before November.

The flaw in this expectation is its premise that Democratic Party elites care if their party wins in November. They do not.

Put yourself in the shoes of one of the leading movers and shakers within the Democratic Party for a minute. Pretend you’re getting a nice paycheck, pretend you’re getting great healthcare benefits, pretend you get plenty of prestige and exclusive access and invitations to classy parties. And pretend you’re the type of person who’s willing to manipulate and deceive and kiss up and kick down and do whatever it takes to get to the top of such a structure.

Now ask yourself, if you were such a person in such a situation, would you care if voters pick Donald Trump or Pete Buttigieg in November? Would it affect your cushy lifestyle in any way whatsoever? Would you lose your job, your prestige or your influence? No party elites lost those things in 2016. Why would you expect this time to be any different?

But you might be at risk of losing your cushy lifestyle if a forcefully anti-elitist progressive movement gets off the ground and takes control of your party. So you’d stand everything to gain by doing everything you can to prevent that from happening, and, because you don’t care if Trump gets re-elected, you’d stand absolutely nothing to lose.

These people do not care if Trump gets re-elected, because they lose nothing if he does. The only people who stand anything to lose are the ordinary citizens who are suffering under a corrupt status quo of soul-crushing neoliberalism and increasing authoritarianism, many of whom currently support Sanders. Democratic Party elites are perfectly happy to keep shrieking about Russia for another four years while making sure that the status quo which rewards their manipulative behavior remains intact, and ensuring that they never wind up like those poor suckers out there who are suffering from poverty and lack of healthcare.

And everything I just said is equally true of the media class who are currently working in conjunction with the DNC’s shenanigans to spin Pete Buttigieg as the clear winner of the party’s first presidential electoral contest. They enjoy all the same perks, and move in many of the same circles, as Democratic Party elites, and it’s all conditioned on their protection of the status quo.

I keep seeing the word “incompetence” thrown around. “Gosh these Democratic Party leaders are so incompetent!”, they say. “How can anyone be so bad at their job?”

Well, they are not bad at their job. They are very, very good at their job. It’s just that their job isn’t what most people assume it is.

Their job is not to win elections and garner public support, their job is to ensure the perpetuation of the status quo which rewards them so handsomely for their malignant behavior. Toward this end they are not incompetent at all. They know exactly what they’re doing, and they’re doing it well.

They are extremely competent. Depraved, certainly. Sociopathic, possibly. But not incompetent.

They’re happy to make their nefariousness look like incompetence though, whenever they can get away with it. Any manipulator worth their salt always will be. If they can make their planned, deliberate acts of sabotage look like innocent little oopsies, they’ll gladly do so. But you learn in life that whenever you see someone making a lot of “mistakes” which just so happen to benefit them every time, you’re dealing with manipulation, not incompetence.

What do the bad guys say in the movies when they order someone’s murder? They say “Make it look like an accident.” If it’s an accident you’ve got no trouble. You won’t be seen for what you are.

But of course it’s no accident, and anyone with clear eyes and good intentions sees this. If you see someone working hard to make you believe that it’s incompetence, you are dealing with someone who is invested in maintaining the status quo in some way. You are being manipulated.

The system isn’t broken. It’s working exactly the way it’s intended to work. It ain’t a bug, it’s a feature. And that feature will remain in operation until the entire sick system is torn down and replaced with something healthy.

  1. Sigh. Shit, I’ve been avoiding tackling this chore, but it needs to be done. Sorry Caity, but I fear you are buying another head fake here. How so? After all, everything you say here is patently true…so where is the head fake?

The problem that I am seeing here is that even though you have spoken truth, you have not spoken the COMPLETE truth. And in failing to speak the complete truth, you (apparently) accept and convey to your readers a commonly believed false impression – that the responsibility for the mass election fraud that went down in the last Dem primary rests primarily or entirely on the DNC (and or Hillary Clinton/Obama/Wasserman Schultz, etc.).

There is not a shadow of doubt that the DNC and the entire Dem establishment was fully complicit and played major roles in certain aspects of the last round of ‘strip and flip’ election fraud. But the unfortunate truth is that this complicity extended, once again, to the ostensible victim – Bernie Sanders. There is good evidence implicating Dem operatives in the “strip” (voter suppression by multiple means) side of the fraud equation, no doubt whatsoever about that.

The voter suppression element which was aided and abetted by the Dem establishment was a much more significant contributing component to the fraudulent result than were things such as the Clinton campaign conspiring with the media to spike polls which showed Sanders beating Clinton, or Donna Brazile colluding with CNN and the Clinton campaign to give Clinton CNN’s debate questions to Clinton before the ‘debate’, or Wasserman Schultz’s orchestration of the DNC’s bribing (via campaign donations) of super delegates.

“Available evidence from Arizona, New York, and California suggests more than 500,000 registrations were tampered with or improperly handled. … hundreds of thousands of voters were denied the right to vote or were forced to vote provisionally. A quarter million or more provisional or affidavit Democratic ballots were not counted. Available evidence also suggests that the vast majority of suppressed voters would have voted or tried to vote for Senator Bernie Sanders.” https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5O9I4XJdSISNzJyaWIxaWpZWnM/view?fbclid=IwAR1yty_o8oJClXqA0cDMNVVN9jrvsn3Fwbs8sWz8lbFVk4zuDCOg8Jtw5vU

Yet most people have either forgotten about or never knew anything about the huge role that voter suppression played in that Primary. The number of Dem voters deprived of the ability to vote in that election, primarily Sander’s supporters, would – BY ITSELF – have negated the much more widely known elements of the Dem establishment contributions to the stolen election mentioned above. And, as I already pointed out, much or most of that huge voter suppression component can also be laid right on the doorstep of the Dem establishment.

Does it seem I have succeeded in refuting my contention that the belief that the responsibility for the mass election fraud that went down in the last Dem primary rests primarily or entirely on the DNC is false? Only if we omit the rest of the truth. As I also said before, the voter suppression in that primary was a very significant component of the “strip and flip” election fraud. But the “flip side” was even larger….and that element cannot be attributed to the DNC or any party level operatives!

What am I getting at here? What do I mean by the “flip side”? I mean vote flipping – changing votes from one candidate to another. To understand this phenomenon, I would refer everyone to Jonathan Simon’s excellent, exhaustive analysis of the raw (unadjusted!) exit poll deviations from the official vote counts that went down in state after state in the 2016 elections. Here are a few quotes for those who are still unfamiliar with this issue:

“…the pattern of exit poll and vote count results in the 2016 primaries was strange enough that it should have given pause to even the most hardened skeptics. While the exit poll results were consistently accurate throughout nearly all of the Republican primaries, they were wildly and broadly inaccurate in the Democratic primaries, exhibiting a pervasive intra-party shift to the detriment of Sanders (i.e., Hillary Clinton’s vote count percentages consistently exceeded her exit poll percentages, the disparity often far beyond the poll margin of error).

Nor was the extraordinary run of exit poll to vote count shifts the only red flag suggesting vote counting issues negatively impacting the Sanders candidacy. There was also a glaring divergence between election results in states that chose their delegates via primaries and those that did so via caucuses. There were 14 Democratic caucus states, and in these states vote counting was primarily public and observable, with records kept at each local caucus meeting. In the primaries, of course, vote counting was almost entirely by computer and thus unobservable.” https://www.mintpressnews.com/donald-trump-warned-of-a-rigged-election-was-he-right/224326/

  2. I go by what I call Hanlon’s Reversal: Never attribute to stupidity that which can be adequately explained by malice. That goes double for politicians.

    1. Hanlon’s Reversal takes away a valued Power Elite tool.

  3. “…will remain in operation until the entire sick system is torn down and replaced with something healthy.”
Yes, the entire sick system. And the next system will be no different if sociopaths are once again in power and in control. You see, sociopaths are the root problem. They can corrupt and undermine any system, as long as they can pass themselves off as normal people and remain undetected. We need to screen EVERYBODY, starting from childhood, for sociopathy, and then ensure that sociopaths are disqualified from holding any positions of power and control.

  4. Great illustration at the top of the article. I’m trying to think where I’ve seen a great fake oopsie face like that before – maybe it was in Austin Powers.

  5. Bernie has them scared. Look at the huge number of “opinion influencers” active on the internet constantly trashing Bernie. When all of the paid opinion influencers unite in hatred of a candidate, then that’s a campaign that has their boss scared. Every comment that smears and attacks Bernie just tells me that we are winning!
    Go Bernie Go!
    Power to the People!

Yes, American democracy and its election are rigged, no doubt. But Bernie Sanders is part of this scam.

That is why Sanders supported Hillary Clinton in 2016, even though she stole the nomination from him. This is why Sanders dutifully repeats the “RussiaGate” lies as the reasons why Trump came to power. And it is why Sanders has supported most American regime change ops around the world from Venezuela to Iran to China (Hong Kong) to Russia, which have been staged by the Trump Regime

The following passage describes how the Democrat wing of the American Empire operates:

“This anti-Sanders campaign demonstrates that the Democratic Party establishment is just as hostile as Donald Trump to the rising militancy in the working class and the growing support for socialism among both working people and youth. It is not Sanders himself, but this shift to the left among the broad masses that is a nightmare for all factions of the capitalist ruling elite.

The Democratic primary campaign has seen the formation of two groups of candidates—a left wing headed by Sanders and Senator Elizabeth Warren, and a right wing comprised of Biden, Buttigieg and Klobuchar. Each has drawn the support of about half the party’s prospective voters.

The US ruling class makes use of the two groups of candidates for different purposes. The Sanders-Warren wing is to contain the leftward movement among workers and youth and divert it back within the confines of the two-party system. The Biden-Buttigieg-Klobuchar wing is to wield the real power within the party, take the nomination, and serve as the replacement for Trump if the ruling class determines that such a change is necessary.”

    1. IMO, if Bernie is miraculously elected, he will suddenly morph into another O’bomb’em (remember him? –another Mr. Hope and Change to whom the Elite awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for being the first black president; in reality he proved himself to be a psychopath who wildly expanded the assissination-by-drone program, who, along with SoC HRC, destroyed Libya, conducted a coup in Ukraine, imposed sanctions on Russia for resisting that illegal coup; declared by an Executive Order in 2015 that “the situation” in Venezuela was a threat to US national security and “foreign policy”, which, along with believing in Russiagate, Bernie also believes. BTW, did Bernie jump to his feet and start applauding potential US capo in Venezuela “Guido” during Orange’s mythical State of the Onion the other night?).

Here’s something surprising that you may or may not know about the peace-loving, “anti-war” Sanders .

      1. That should be SoS, not SoC. Sorry

      2. Bernie is NOT another Obama. He has ALWAYS worked for the same principles and ideals. All amounting to freeing the working class and poor of their oppressive “masters”.
Sadly, many were taken in by Obama and now that makes any real person working towards real change scary. But Bernie is the real deal. Not perfect, but by far the best in this line up.
That said, Caitlin is spot on again as the Dem party does not care if Trump wins re-election but they damn sure don’t want Bernie to win. And that is where their fight is.
        America’s shame. . .

  13. If I lived in Iowa I would be seeking an F.B.I. investigation into this whole mess; if I was on the Donald Trump campaign committee I would be demanding an F.B.I. investigation.

    1. A logical analysis of that statement says that you are on the Donald Trump campaign committee.

      1. What I am is disgusted at our whole government; which needs to be replaced. Anyone who has bothered to read my posts here or the posts my blog knows this.

  14. I always find it interesting when they try to spin “The Narrative” on a dime. When they suddenly decide to go from Hate to Love towards some target, or vice versa.

We’ll get to see that if the pro-war, corporate Dems decide that Trump is less dangerous to Bloomberg and the Oligarchs than a Sanders People Have the Power Victory Movement.

After all, the Dem channel of The Narrative has been spinning nothing but pure Hatred towards Trump for the last 3 years. It not just a simple dislike and opposition to policies, its been a full-bore Two-Minute-Hate expanded out to the 3 Years of Hate version towards Trump on a constant 24/7 basis.

Turning a Narrative seems to be like turning a giant oil tanker. It doesn’t just happen overnite.

It will likely be very difficult for the Dems to go from pure 24/7 Hate towards Trump to “Oh, Trump’s not so bad, its Bernie we really need to stop.” That will be interesting to see them try. I suspect that while the millionaires who lead the pro-war corporate Dems will want to try, they may have an awful hard time trying to convince all of their Useful Idiots that now suddenly Bernie is the Big Enemy and worse than Trump.

    1. Your reference to the “two minute hates” from 1984 novel seems very appropos based on the Scheiss constantly spewed by the 2020 media. It’s been ongoing for years before Trump found himself the accidental winner of the presidency in 2016. It precedes the hunting of Slick Willie, the downfall of Tricky Dick and the rub outs of both Kennedy brothers. It was certainly incipient during the McCarthy follies and probably when the Dulles brothers had people like Forrestal eliminated, though 99% of presently living Americans were too young to understand what was going on at the time. All they knew was that the Russophobic founder of the Cold War, Harry S-for-nothing Truman was pegged by all the polls to lose the ’48 election but miraculously wound up winning it. Nothing to see behind the scenes, but don’t even think of looking if you value your life.

They CAN turn not only the narrative but also its embrace by the people on a dime with the implementation of the right false flag incident, or by substituting bullets for ballots. Or fortuitous plane crashes for mundane landings and arrivals. If Bernie, Trump, or a vigorous young Tulsi Gabbard for that matter, proves an intractable obstacle, they can incur a heart attack, perish in a car crash or even contract the coronavirus, if that’s what it takes. The people who are always accusing Putin of using assassination as a political tool are the ones who are most accomplished at using the technique. I suspect that 9/11 was only one of their plans on the drawing board, if they should need another overnight game changer.

      1. Hey, guys, just a heads-up… this person has hacked my brain… I don’t know how

  15. “Incompetence” is usually a cover story for corruption.
Hillary taught me this, or at least provided a clear example. If you look at the job description of what she was supposed to be doing in each position, she was completely incompetent at her job. This was my reaction to Hillary campaigning on her ‘great experience’, when it was really a track record of epic failures at each job. She was an epic failure pushing Bill’s health care reform. She was a failure as a supposedly progressive Senator, as seen in a constant refusal to help people. She was a failure as Sec of State, taking a ‘reset’ in relations towards a peaceful world into a Poke-The-Bear strategy that has brought us to the brink of WWIII.
What Hillary was quite competent at was in making the Clinton family bank accounts grow. That was it.
So, the propaganda narrative presents this a “experience”
A critic might complain that she was “incompetent”.
What she really is, is completely corrupt.
If you hear “incompetence”, be at least on high alert for “corruption”.

  16. “And that feature will remain in operation until the entire sick system is torn down and replaced with something healthy.”
    .
Just exactly what ARE the day-to-day details of the “healthy” sytem that must replace the “sick system” in which we currenty participate? What MUST the foundation stone be of that “healthy” system? (Hint: it is NOT the “greed is good” foundation stone of the present “sick system”.)

    1. Yes. If the mistakes always go against the Sanders campaign then they are probably not mistakes. If they favor Sanders half the time and go against Sanders half the time, then they are probably real mistakes.

    2. How to get around it?
Pay no attention to them at all. Let the media lie and smear all they want. Who cares? Pay no attention, get others to stop paying attention to their lies. Join the cause, be true to the cause, no matter what lies you hear.
Show up and vote for Sanders in such numbers that they can’t steal it.
For that matter, if the corrupt Dems steal their rigged nomination, well, forget them and leave them in the dust and continue on to run in the general election.
Fight, Fight, Fight, never give up, never get in. Fight!
That’s how you get around that, recruiting more people to the cause, as we roll along like a steamroller over all of the corrupt opposition.

  18. I’m following this ongoing pattern of corruption as closely as anybody, but there is something potentially much more important today.
What if the death toll from the Wuhan coronavirus were 50 times as high as reported, but the CCP was giving out much lower numbers to maintain order? This would explain the behavior of the party better than the official numbers do, wouldn’t it?
Take 5000 units vitamin D3 daily long term. Take some zinc daily, also. Consider taking NAC 600 mg 3 times per day when contagion enters your area. Be active daily, sleep, eat fresh vegetables, and be at peace with eternity.

Bernie thinks BDS movement is criminal, and has NO intention to end or even scale down any zionist wars. wall street also believes they can easily rein “democratic socialist” Bernie in in terms of domestic policies. NO ONE, including our beloved caitlin, is challenging Bernie about his zionism, which tells me the zionists are solidly behind him ae to ]nd they are in narrative control. has Bernie ever supported Assange’s cause? nope. i’d rather have Trump for four more years to keep the swamp including the Deep State in disarray and chaos. that’s the best case scenario for humanity.

The people have no say anywhere in the West. Former presidential candidate Chuch Baldwin is spot on:

“Like almost everything in Washington, D.C., Trump’s impeachment was all public theater. The real decisions are made in backrooms. And the decision to keep Trump in the White House for a second term was made before he won his first term. Anyone who thinks that voters really elect a president is duped beyond belief. Presidents are not elected; they are selected. And that goes double for Donald Trump.
Contrary to Trump’s phony façade and the accepted wisdom of conservative Republicans that Trump is an “outsider,” a “non-globalist” and an “America-first” president, the globalist establishment, military-industrial complex, Police State promoters and neocon/Zionist warmongers LOVE Trump. He is doing more of their bidding than Barack Obama ever did. All of the media criticism against Trump and Pelosi’s circus impeachment only made him more popular and all but seals his re-election. That, in addition to the fact that the Democrat Party presidential contenders—except for Tulsi Gabbard and Joe Biden—are a bunch of unelectable wackos. And, of course, that is the plan.”

  21. I believe the Dems think they are doing the right thing by cheating us “ignorant how to beat Trump” Dems and there for they HAVE to destroy our enfranchisement and right to vote because they “know better” how to win. They just “know” who would be the best leader for the nation and to them it aint Bernie. So the DNC destroys democracy to save “democracy” the way they want it. What fucking heroes. I hate these people because they hate us as well as they feel it’s absolutely necessary to cheat us. Infuckingcreadable!

  22. When I read this article with the projection of incompetence I immediately thought of the CIA. They are good at exposing their failed programs to make them look like an incompetent bunch of boobs. But in reality they keep their many nefarious successes and large budget completely secret. They are masters at making themselves look harmless as incompetent fools when in acutality they are extremely dangerous and effective at controlling the narrative.

    1. The CIA has been involved in American elections at least as far back as the election of former CIA Director Bush in 1980. That was done with collaboration between the Reagan/Bush campaign and the CIA to prevent Carter from getting the hostages home from Iran. Carter happened to be trying to reform the CIA and had put in a director to get reform that the CIA thugs hated. So, the CIA interfered in the 1980 election to push Director Bush into power and Carter out of power.
And if you think that they abandoned something that worked so well for them before……

Although, even the Dems aren’t so crooked and stupid as to put the Clinton name back on the ticket. Something more like Buttigieg/Harris or maybe even Buttigieg/Warren if Warren really is a sell-out and con-artist who only wants a path to power.
      ——————-
I say we force the following outcome.
40% Sanders/ (Gabbard, Stein, (or Warren if she’s legit)), running as Independent or maybe Greens (if the Greens are not a corrupt sidekick of the Dems, which they usually appear to be)
35% Trump/Pence in the Fascism for America party.
15% Buttigieg/Harris Corporate Dem Feudalism Party (on the platform of “You’re the Serfs, We’re the Oligarchy!”)
10% Libertarians and honest conservatives who can’t stand Trump
      ——————
      People Power!!!!!!
I think I’m off to go hear Patty Smith sing “People Have the Power!” Bye! 🙂

  25. Relative to my last post, that the Democratic establishment want to see Trump reelected, may this indicate they believe Bernie can beat Trump. That would be the logical conclusion if you buy the premise.

  26. The truth of the matter is simply that the DNC and all those who live off the Democratic establishment would have no problem with Trump being re-elected. Imagine the money that pours into the coffers of the DNC structure after each Trump outrage. The DNC people like all that money coming in and they’ve never had it so good. Etc. It’s all pretty disgusting!

  27. Surely the people see its time for a third party in America. This corrupt system cannot continue.

  28. I should have married you Caitlin, it would perhaps not have been very exciting as we would agree on everything.
Yes, a slimy anti-Bernie act. The DNC is corrupt like pretty much every other organization….Bernie is obviously not the choice of the DNC and likeliest time, they will do every undemocratic thing to undermine him.

  29. Most of the American public will believe what they are told by the mainstream media and the DNC. Just an innocent computer glitch favoring no one and easily correctable by the experts, never mind that Bernie had a big lead in the polls on the day of the caucuses and that Buttcrack did not show a lead in the exit polls from any county (from what I’ve read). But believe him, he “won”… just like Juan Guaido did in Venezuela. What’s amusing is that Buttcrack’s role is not to win the nomination–TPTB are still saving that for Smilin’ Joe if possible or Klobbershard at the worst (both loyal warmongers for the “True Power”)–but simply to impede Bernie’s progress towards that goal. Nothing ever changes in the exceptional country.

  30. How anyone, even with only half a brain, can call this farce democracy will forever be a mystery to me! It can be such a struggle to keep one’s sanity, I need a bit of distraction….

  31. We need to bring the full weight of modern psychology to begin diagnosing these people. They are either deeply delusional or sociopathic or both. In either case it’s high time this alarming fact becomes widely discussed.

    1. It wouldn’t matter. Psychology was a major tool of the Stalinist suppression. Curious you suggest an elitist (psychology) solution to elitism. Since government is the ideal environment for psychopaths, it’s full of them.

      1. “Since government is the ideal environment for psychopaths, it’s full of them.”

        +3 Under-rated

  32. why all this silly fuss about bernout panders? He’s pro-zionazi, pro-lockheed martin and therefore pro-warmongering, pro-crapitalism, and is very effective at sheepdogging stray demodummies from the fold. a panders presidency would be no more ‘progressive’ than that other messiah obombum, nor could it make any reduction in the stranglehold the oligarchy has on our fake democracy. voting for panders is simpleminded at best. participating in a rigged election scam whose outcome can do nothing at all to change the status quo is PISSING IN THE WIND!!!

    1. Here here!! Voting merely lends credence to their power. I can’t understand why Caitlin and most of the commenters here believe Bernie is a solution. There is nothing saintly about progressivism. It began about 100 years ago as an elitist philosophy embracing eugenics, fascism, and racism.

        1. My apologies. After reading it again, it does appear that your intent is to demonstrate the depravity of Sociopaths In Charge and why they are in fear of an awakening. I mistakenly allowed the fact you used the obstruction of Bernie as an example to misguide my thinking. However, nearly all the comments here do in fact proclaim his saint hood, as if it mattered in the slightest which sociopath gets elected.

  33. “Well, they are not bad at their job. They are very, very good at their job. It’s just that their job isn’t what most people assume it is.”

As is almost always the case when the Establishment declares that the explanation of anything is anomalous error.

    1. Or when the establishment claims it was a lone gunman … or Russia.

Does the general population of the US know what is going on here? Do they care? I don’t think so. Just like they didn’t know or care what was being done in their name in Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Chile,. Vietnam, North Korea ad nauseam. The few thinking and caring people in America have a gargantuan task ahead of them if the USA is going to be saved from dissolution.

    1. It’s reasonable to see it that way, but I suspect that a good part of the reason that they don’t know is that they don’t WANT to know because then they’d have to care, or feel guilty for not caring.

  35. all the candidates, including sanders, are under sufficient control. for domestic policies, they prefer Trump, whom they believe they have reined in and can control with various treats, to Sanders who has too much integrity for them to compromise. for foreign policies, they prefer Sanders, a life-long consistent zionist who votes to fund Israhell any day, blames hamas for Israhell’s crimes, call iran evil, etc. Trump may have thrown some symbolic prizes in Israhell firsters’ way but he is not a trust-worthy, dependable, consistent card-carrying member of the zionist club. whatever he’s done “for Israel” has hurt Israhell’s interests so far. neither is a real threat to the status quo.

    1. To be fair to Bernie (who I think is useless and I don’t live in the US so no bias either way), he did call for even-handedness on Israel/Palestine and say that some of the Israel funding should be diverted to humanitarian aid in Gaza.

      https://www.dailywire.com/news/anti-israel-bernie-sanders-take-aid-to-israel-and-give-it-to-palestinians-in-gaza

      1. too little, too late. obomber said a lot rosier things during the campaign and look how he turned out once in power. Bernie thinks BDS movement is criminal, and has NO intention to end or even scale down any zionist wars. wall street also believes they can easily rein “democratic socialist” Bernie in in terms of domestic policies. NO ONE, including our beloved caitlin, is challenging Bernie about his zionism, which tells me the zionists are solidly behind him and they are in narrative control. has Bernie ever supported Assange’s cause? nope.

  36. all the candidates, including sanders, are under sufficient control. for domestic policies, they prefer Trump, whom they believe they have reined in and can control with various treats, to Sanders who has too much integrity for them to compromise. for foreign policies, they prefer Sanders, a life-long consistent zionist who votes to fund Israhell any day, blames hamas for Israhell’s crimes, call iran evil, etc. Trump may have thrown some symbolic prizes in Israhell firsters’ way but he is not a trust-worthy, dependable, consistent card-carrying member of the zionist club. whatever he’s done “for Israel” has hurt Israhell’s interests so far. either is a real threat to the status quo.

  37. Someone on the internets should start a “Sanders Pledge”.
    ————-
I pledge that I will vote for Sen. Sanders in the November Presidential Election, whether or not he is the nominee of the Democratic Party. If necessary I will cast a write-in vote for Sen. Sanders.
    ————
The left needs to stop whining and play hardball. It is time to deliver a loud and clear message that we are not accepting yet another of a long line of abuses and corruption in the Democratic Party. It is time for change. The Democrats can come along for the ride if they want, but they can not stop this movement this time. Millions of people pledging to vote Sanders in November no matter what is a way to deliver a message. Its time for Real Change. If we have to send the Democratic party to extinction the way the Abolitionists send the Whig Party that would not listen to extinction, then so be it.

  38. As transparently corrupt and infuriating as this clusterfuck (I’m not afraid to say that word) in Iowa is, what happens in New Hampshire next week will tell the tale. Supposedly, Sanders has a sizable lead in the polls there and another DNC scam will expose the clown wizard behind the curtain once and for all. Should the sabotage of the Sanders campaign continue in the remaining state primaries and be successful, then no amount of caterwauling by Noam Chomsky and like-minded others against a third party challenge can be taken seriously. It is long past time to fight fire with fire. In the words of the venerable Malcolm X: By any means necessary.

  39. Excellent, top class article, a real time peak at back stage black poli-ops.
    But what will Bernie do?
Is he just dumb or part of the charade?
They did him last time, their doing him again. As the song goes ‘When will they(Bernies) ever learn…?’ etc.
    Ho Hum.

  40. Blackhawk County’ is mostly blue. The major city is Waterloo.

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Hawk_County,_Iowa

Be fitting if Tom Perez was to ‘meet his Waterloo’ because of this choreographed cluster kerfuffle.

  41. As clear as day that the moment there were “difficulties” or “problems” with “the App” that it was a intentional rort underway to push Bernie down into the pack. Totally clear. The US system itself is as anti-democratic as they come – and what’s this about Blumberg (Bloomberg) about to enter these primaries? How does that pass – what in Australia we call “the Pub test”( in the US it would be the corner “Bar test”) where ordinary (?) voters express their disgust at politicians and their ideological political spin – via their specially selected/edited “sound-bites” on TV/in media news pronouncements! BERNIE is well-and-truly BACK!
